"Of course I'll compensate you as long as it's in my power to." He kept a calm expression as he looked at her face. "Just have as much fun as you think you can handle. After all, I'd love to see how well these new recruits react to strategies that are rather basic." He put a finger to one of the names. "Knowing Maemi's taste, she'll probably be accompanying this fellow. She doesn't like too much young blood, after all."

"Hmm?" The young girl looked at the name and details he pointed to and suddenly burst into laughter. "Are you kidding me?! An old geezer?!" She bent over with laughter, taking a while to finally calm down. When she had, she let her arms go to her sides as her smirk turned into an excite grin. "Very well then. You really want my help fighting a bunch of kids and an old fart, then this Kaori Yamagishi can't turn you down. Especially if you're going to be paying me for it. Just promise that you'll let me have as much fun as I can."

"As long as you don't completely kill Maemi, you can do as much fun as you want. Granted, I doubt she'd allow herself to be killed while she still had breath in her." Seiji chuckled slightly at the thought. He wouldn't mind having her here, even if it was as sort of an abduction. Somehow, she always managed to get away from those sorts of attempts. It was slightly annoying how she seemed to keep herself so alert to certain things. "Have as much fun as you want with the other two, even killing them if you so desire."

"Killing them is too easy and boring. They need to stay alive so I can have as much fun as I want," Kaori remarked. "I'll be sure to not touch Maemi. You seemed pretty sweet on her, so I don't want to get in the way of that." Her grin lessened slowly as she turned and sat on the edge of the desk. "Well, we'll discuss the business end once I lay down some ground rules: I don't want anyone getting in the way of my fun unless it's for a really good reason, and only if you're doing it yourself. Anyone else is going to be on the receiving end of whatever I feel like dishing out. Apart from going to a place and time to get in their way, I'm not going to follow any orders on this. And lastly... I'll duck out if I think I'm going to die. I don't care what's at stake. Fun's not worth dying over. After all, you can't have anymore fun when you're dead. Got it?"

"Agreeable terms," Seiji spoke, his voice never losing the calm tone. "Do you agree to those terms, Artemistra?" His eyes traveled towards another woman standing in the room currently. He didn't address her unless it was rather important for her in put. This was one such time.

Kyousuke: ( he looks over at his roommate) you've been off lately?....what does that even mean?... ( he leans back in his chair as he crosses his arms behind his head) anyway what's gotten into you?...you seem Abit dazed?

The Woman named Artemistra turned her head to look at Kaori, her right eye shining crimson slight as she did so. "...I see no reason to stop her, for now," she replied calmly as she walked forward to stand closer to the discussion at hand. "If she wants to have her fun, let her. I'll just finish cleaning up after she runs, if you need me to, Seiji-sama," she replied.

Araihan chose to add in after Maemi's replied. "Myself and green hair over there will be explaining the exact training tonight or tomorrow. Do your best and don't give up, and you'll learn more then enough to control your powers," she stated to the group.

Kaori's grin faded, her eyes going into a leer toward the girl standing off to the side. "One more rule. Make sure your chickadee there keeps her mouth shut around me," she remarked, folding her arms once more. "Any slip of the tongue like that will be extra fees to my paycheck." She remained sitting on the desk, looking toward Seiji still while gaining a slight air of hostility.

"I will be sure to address her only when necessary Yamagishi-san." He looked at Kaori and nodded. "I'm sure you have a lot of preparations to make so I will leave you to it while I figure out the details for the others." He knew that at this point it would be rather hard to discuss business. For now, he'd merely focus on the other preparations while figuring out the pay that Kaori required. "Artemestra, I will be heading to my room soon. Thank you for your vigilante watch."

Kaori stood from the desk. "Then we'll talk a bit later about payment. You know how to reach me when the first blood needs to be spilled." She headed for the door at a slow pace, her arms remaining folded. Once she exited, she reached into her pocket and pulled out a rather basic cell phone. She checked it briefly before putting it away again and leaving the home without another sound.

Zorlo spun his sheathed sword and clicked it against the ground. "My group, I tell you now the truth of my mission. Maemi and Ara have their objectives... and they take the orders they deem fit for their group. The fortune, or misfortune, of my group is that you are following me. The only place you'll find yourself is the battlefield in that case. The only missions my teams have taken is to hunt down the deserters and slay them. Aside from holding our vigil when not on missions, we shall be looking for the turn-coat bastards who have dared to turn their powers against us. Training starts at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I'll see you then," Zorlo said as he shifted his sword and grasped the sheathe in his right hand before turning and walking away. That was sufficient for them to understand.

"Of course, Seiji-Sama," the assassin replied as she watched Seiji start walking away and saw Kaori leave to begin her own plans. She closed her eyes a moment before turning and walking off herself. She still needed to finish her watch and do the supply run afterward.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When no one spoke up after Zorlo's declaration and Araihan's input, Sakura decided to ask her question. "Headmistress, I thought we were already dead though. This... might sound Cliche', but how would you kill the Dead?" she asked.

"The death you are talking about is temporary." Maemi spoke, her voice losing the edge. "When a human dies, you go into the spirit system. Your soul or whatever you'd like to call it goes into the middle layer to eventually become another human." She gained a serious expression, almost grave in the way she spoke. "If we kill the temporary body and then kill the spirit that is most vulnerable outside of it, you can never pass on. Your very existence itself is destroyed." She kept her arms crossed in front of her. "Simply put: You will not exist anymore."

Akiko simply nodded at the knowledge she gleaned from the orientation. Having no questions- the ones she did could be reserved for her group leader- she simply waited for dismissal or for her leader to call herself and her roommate for training, whenever it is.

She smiled when the girl she met in the hall earlier spoke up with a rather interesting question, one that was answered very rationally by mother. She found staff here, though seeming cold and even mean, wonderfully interesting.

Fon sighed and left the meeting room. He ran his fingers through his braid. For nearly three decades Fon had Gungnir. For nearly three decades Fon had been trapped by his own spear. For nearly three decades Fon had been forced to accept his spear. How could he possibly turn it off?

What would even be the purpose of turning it off? Fon had incorporated Gungnir into his martial arts. Perhaps if no one was gifted, having Gungnir rendered null would be useful. However, Angel's House was different. Others could compete with Gungnir, such as Maemi's strength. He didn't quite know of Zorlo's, perhaps it was the technique in which he vanished.

"Life after death is still life after all."

Fon went in his room and laid on his bed. He'd need rest for the next day.

"You can eat when you feel you're ready to relax." Maemi closed her eyes and started to leave the room. A part of her felt like she would never be ready to train recruits all the time. She began her walk up the stairs and stared ahead with her mind trying to figure out what sort of mission would even be available for Bill. She didn't want any problems to come up. Yet, whenever Seiji saw new recruits he would do something like send an attack at all the new people. "Seiji, what kind of motivation do you need to stop fighting the inevitable?" She commented, sighing as she arrived at her floor. Staring at the air in front of her, she saw a doll moving around.

'I should punch the hell out of this thing and get to-' A part of her wondered if she were cutting off her own thoughts on purpose as she grabbed the doll. She opened her door and locked it, moving towards her bed and collapsing into it back first with the doll still in her arms. "I'll change when I get up." She closed her eyes, not bothering to put the blankets up or putting the lights out.

Bill lied on his bed, sleep would not be coming, so he had taken to tossing a glass ball he had found lying around up and down above his head. A day ago he would have had a difficult time with the exercise due to his aged body, and he certainly would not have been able to do it more than a few times, if that many, and he had been going at it for several minutes, throwing it higher and higher each time until it was within an inch of the ceiling. He saw the beaches reflected in the orb and knew it's every imperfection. The images fluttered out from the orb out to the edges of his room as it grew closer to the ceiling, informing him of just how closely he was getting it to the ceiling when it began to just barely touch the ceiling he put a spin on the ball to see just how well he could control both his body and his new found power simultaneously. Eventually he changed into something a little less restrictive of his movement, went to a vacant training area and retrieved one of the dust covered bayoneted rifles from a box in the back of the armory and practiced with it, whilst maintaining battlefield in the larger space.

(Sorry for the late reply, I needed to take care of some business)

"A bit dazed?" He asked back, as if not knowing what he meant, right after he opened his mouth to answer Zorlo interrupted with a notice; about the -true meaning- or purpose of his group. Shocked at first, but then happy a second later "Training starts at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I'll see you then" What a surprise; training! To erradicate spirits! That means fight "Did you also heard him?" He said with a kind of happy tone "Heheh, we'll be kicking some ass and leading lost souls. And training starts tomorrow at first hour! Come on Kyousuke, let's get ready" He stood up and walked two or three steps before stopping to look back "Hmmm.... You have any experience...?" He said with calmed tone, breathing softly to relax.

At last, my legs will be moving again!

Araihan let Maemi walk out before making her statement. "As for my team, 'Training' will start tomorrow morning. I'll let you know when exactly later. If you have questions about things, training or otherwise, I'll be in my room," she said to them, giving a slightly bow before walking off herself. She had things to do befor- Her thoughts were cut off as a high Priority Doll request came through. It was from her inspection Support Doll on the third floor. "Oh no..." she said to herself as she returned her room.

Up on the third floor, the lone doll started in surprise as a strong hand grabbed it from behind. Turning it head to look, its eyes widened in something resembling terror as Maemi pulled in into her room and locked the door. All the Dolls knew that Maemi and her room were high danger zones. They also knew that by the time they sent a request to their mistress, Araihan, for aid, retreat, or leave to abandon current tasks to escape, Maemi usual will have usually inflicted grievous harm to the Doll in question. So, it was no surprise that the Doll send the Priority One request and closed its eyes fearfully, awaiting its fate as Maemi hugged it to her chest and fell into bed. "I'll change when I get up." Those words, along with the lack of pain & agony, made the Doll realize something was ...off. And so it send an update...

"It's...She.... What...?" Burattinaio said aloud with a face palm as she 'read' the update. One of her more stealthy Support Dolls appeared in a corner to watch and relay what it was seeing to confirm the report. "She...She's cuddling with it in her sleep.... This... was not within my calculations," she said to herself. As she pondered this, it requested orders and, with a mental pat on the head, Araihan told it to stay and sleep there to see what happens in the morning. Worried about the 'morrow, the Doll closed its eyes and slept. "And, as repayment for not hurting it..." the Doll Mistress finished as more stealth Dolls gently laid a light blanket on Maemi once Araihan was sure she was sleeping and vanished, turning off the light as they did.

Kyousuke: "experience" ( hyphen took a moment to think over his roommates question) I don't have my experience fighting monsters or souls I mean I've gotten into fights but I don't know I'm not much of a fighter it's not getting punched in the face isn't exactly my favorite thing to do what about you soraka?
