Is looks like  Skeith. Is sounds like  Skeith. That is definately  Skeith.

Actually, the four eyed thing is  Cubia.

His name is presumably Cubia<Alpha>. Skeith has three eyes, not four. Cubia appeared with Ovan. The small, flying projectiles Cubia uses hover around him.

Cubia<Alpha. Sounds like there will be multiple forms.

on another note. i wonder if any of the avatars will speak. aside from Skeith having his one line in rebirth.

Most plausible theory:

Cubia is the ultimate anti-existence for the Epitaph Users, the center of all AIDA. He used Ovan as a host, and broke free when the final Epitaph User, Yata, awakened.

Talking phases... Hmm... I'm wondering the same thing now. :S

but i thought yata had his power all along...just that he thought that he was so cool that he didnt want his avatar to get dirty...but that would mean that ovan has been controlled sense he got into the world....

It's unknown if Yata ever awakened, from what I've heard. I think there might be something in //Roots about it, but I believe it only spoke about Tarvos in the moment I'm thinking about.

Yata makes it clear in Roots that at the time of around episode 23, only Pi and Kuhn are known to be awakened (and maybe Ovan.)

Yata certainly doesn't awaken any time since then, unless it happened offscreen, but that'd be lame.

i just wanna say im freakin stoked for this third game. makes me feel like replaying the first one...

And what is Yata saying in the first Vo.3 trailer?
You can hear his voice faintly while everyone else are calling for Haseo's name.
He says something of the sort: "Haseo. Omae nara kanooda..." or something of the sort.

Ironically when I downloaded it the trailer didnt work. Then I put it on my Zen and it worked perfectly...weird
