Raven:....what are you doing here!?!?!?!....how did you get here?! { he picks up the blade as he blocks an oncoming attack} * So..FAST?!* { he gets knocked back by the shear pressure brought upon by the crow projection} dammit! { he jumps off the wall as he starts running through the crow projection appears beside him and red energy infuses with crows blade as he starts slashing and Raven barely dodges by blocking with his blade though the blade cracks} AH!.... { he gets knocked back again}...dammit!....{ he notices the projection grin as something just snaps in raven}....what is that?.....stop smiling....{ the dark energy starts to erupt from the ground around raven} RAH! { he dissapears as he's dashing across the ground he grabs his blade as the darknes envelops the blade and it forms a blood red scythe} Death scythe! { he slashes at the projection as the projection narrowly dodges though darkness engulfs and strikes the area where the scythe impacted as he looks towards the projection and his eyes slowly turn red}...no! { he grabs his head} RAAAHH...AAGGHHH..not again... { he falls to a knee} Stop it..I wont let it control me...AHH!!! { dark energy surges outward as he slowly stands up and he stabs his sword into the ground and he stands idly}

Crow cackles, " Your still only trying half-heartedly brother, but you are trying, so I guess I'll answer your question. That meatbag let his mind wander a bit too much. Hahah. He actually thought he was stronger than one of us. Looking at how weak and pathetic you've gotten, who can blame him? Tell me brother, won't you fight me like you used to?" He slashes at Raven repeatedly, deftly dodging his counterattack. Come on brother, you will never beat me like this. Perchance do you actually not want to win? Do you want me to simply leave you broken and beaten while I go up there and slaughter all of those meatbags? That's what you want isn't it? Why not embrace the darkness within you and join me brother? You can't beat me without it anyways, so just accept it."

Raven: dammit! I don't need the darkness to beat you into the ground you bastard!!! { he holds his head in pain again} AHH!! { as the dark energy surges once again} Dammit not now no... { he starts clashing with crow as he pushes crow back} SHADOW! { shadow blades appear as raven weilds two as he starts striking at crow and as their blades deadlock the darkness surges around the both of them as they jumps apart}.......{ he grins viciously showing his fangs at crows response as crow readies his blade Raven appears infront of crow and he punches crow in the face and before crow gets sent back raven stops him by grabbing his arm} Right up close....THIS IS MY RANGE! { he heel delivers a powerful heel kick to crows sternum sending him into the wall and Ravens eyes are completely red now with slits it seems as though the fight is slowly dragging raven back into his vampire instinct nature as he begins to fight wildly while pushing crow back}

Vlad: { he walks Theodora back to her chambers} I thank you Theodora for the wonderful walk today....* This feeling...*

Crow: Master....Mistress { he bows to a knee to the two} Welcome back the two of you I trust everything went well?

"Things were easy, as always." Theodora spoke, smiling towards Crow. "You don't need to bow to me. I trust your loyalty will not waver."

It was normal for humans, like vampires, to use what they know best. The instincts that they were born into using. If Raven could not control them and continued to stay in that position, there would be a need to stop him. He needed to control that instinct.

"It drew it out, unfortunately he's like a wild fire." Xander took another swig of the chocolate milk. "If I can get him to chill out, I'm passing the baton to you."

Crow turned to blue light and faded from existence. A projection of Xander appeared in front of Raven, hands on either side of his head, and their foreheads touching. "Raven wake up in there. You can keep yourself from feeding, you can control these urges as well." Crow tried to throw Xander off, but his hands pass straight through. "I'm not really here so stop trying to kill me, or I will stop you myself."

"I see... So there are others out there..." she said almost cryptically as she called in the pad and scribbled more notes before looking to the side. There it was again. "Chen, come out here."

"Okay!" said another voice as a brown-haired, Nekomata-girl dress in green appeared next to Ran. Only Chan looked much younger, not that it mattered as both were artificial constructs anyway. "What's up?"

"I want you to go see what that was," Ran replied, to which Chan leapt up and vanished. "But I'm glad that you like Yukari. She could probably use a friend, though I guess she wouldn't quite get it. Oh well..."

"My sentiments exactly. I'm doing my best, but her lack of an emotion drive makes it hard to convey the meanings of some things. I fear the more upgraded she becomes, the further she will move away from potentially becoming human in favor of potentially becoming more of a mechanized weapon. Such a sad fate, since after this war, she's apt to be scrapped. I'll be fine, since I can jump in and out of the boundaries that normal mortals can't perceive, but I'm not sure if she would let me bring her. Perhaps I'll ask that master lady of hers. The one that sent me to keep an eye on her. Nice lady... at least I think it's a woman... but somewhat cryptic."

Zorlo removed his hat and spun it on his finger with a laugh. "So... I'm sure it's pointless to ask... but can Yukari dream in there?"

Raven: what the?!...who are you talking t- { as his forehead comes into contact with Xanders} AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! { the darkness surges around the both of them as Ravens darkest memories and surface and reveal themselves to xander as the darkness fades around the both of them and the energy fades Raven opens his eyes their the usual golden yellow and as it finally calms it self Raven and Xander get thrown back in opposite directions} * breathing heavily*...hey!...Xander you still alive? * damn...I can't believe it...I lost control....that never happens to me...why? I couldnt handle it the image of crow killing those two... did it push me over the edge...no that can't be*

Xander had been thankful for actually being seated and downed another gulp of the chocolate milk. "Not the most intense memories I've encountered, but that was up there." The projection and barriers faded as Xander walked over to Raven and patted him on the back. "Don't beat yourself up over it. You've been denying that part of yourself for quite some time, it's no wonder you were unprepared. This is why we're here after all. And I specialize in using your own mind against yourself too, so that result was inevitable. Now we get you to tap into that consciously and direct it. Donnely, you're up." Xander returned to his seat and switched over to water.

The question made Ran pause. "Actually... I don't know. There are times that my connection shut off from her and limited to emergency activation only, so... Maybe?" she said to him as a panel appeared next to her. "Yes, Chen?"

"I found it. I'll link the feed to you now," the Nekomata-girl replied as a video feed ran to the panel, displaying the last parts of Raven's 'fight' with Xander's projections, minus the psychic images, of course.

"Good, please return, Chen," Ran said after a moment as the Nekomata returned and vanished back into the Maintenance Bed. "Oh, this must be that Raven... He reminds me of someone..."

Mary stood up, pulling out her summoning dagger. She moved the dagger to her finger, allowing just enough blood to create a circle. Out of it formed a water bird that would be hard to catch. She wouldn't be able to fight Raven directly without killing him. She also preferred real fighting over illusions. She closed her eyes and moved the bird forward, allowing it to move around constantly in an attempt to see if Raven could catch it.

"I... see..." Zorlo responded, not really sure what to say anymore. "Well, it does strike me as odd that you and that other pieces of design are more complete, it seems, than Yukari. Still... I have the feeling that person that keeps summoning me won't leave her that way for long. Eventually she'll be more complete... perhaps. I'm not sure, I can't see the future," Zorlo said as he spun around and thought for a moment before turning back. "Still, I guess we'll need to wait and see."

Raven: what the?.... { he looks at Mary} are you serious...this is a cake walk { he goes to catch the bird as he fails miserably} what....{ he continues to try to catch it} Dammit sit still! { he dives at the bird} I GOT YA! {he slams into the wall}....ow...ow ow ow......{ he stands up as he sees the bird} grr dammit! { he continues this process yet he allways fails} dammit...this is not an ordinary bird!... it's so fast and nimble

The camera Chan had placed began to move, following the action as it were. Xander sent a thought to Ouroboros, "Would you kindly ask Ran if they're recording this. I think I'd like a copy. I haven't seen this much slapstick since Tom and Jerry." Xander clapped slowly, "Well said captain obvious."

He wasn't catching up to it at all. He was using his eyes and not trying to form some sort of strategy. There'd have to be a motivation to catch the bird. She put the dagger to her finger again, forming a medium sized creature with a club made of fire. It began to attack Raven constantly while he attempted to catch the bird.

Raven:...sigh...I have one question why are you torturing me???!!?!?! { he's running away from the beast} AH! AH AH AH!!!! { he jumps out of the way and towards the bird} I got you now! { he misses the bird only to be caught up by the monster that smacks him down with the club} OW! { he crashes into the ground as he jumps out of the way of a second attack} *damn.* your relentless! { he dodges out of the way} * I guesss i can't just approach this head on....*

Being weak was something she knew all too well. Being too weak to save someone's life and not able to find the murderer without being afraid. She could still not kill her parents for what happened and they still didn't know. They didn't know the truth about what happened what this blood they had came from. A vampire in a sense, had it a little easier than their complicated family. Still, Raven was not a bad vampire and she couldn't bring herself to kill him when he was an ally.

"I promised..." Her voice was soft, as if she were not aware her thoughts were going out loud. "I promised him that I wouldn't die." She stopped speaking while her shikigami continued to go after Raven.

Ran nodded. "Yes, I guess we'll see. By as for your observation, The rest of the supporting hardware and software for Yukari is, in fact, complete. Yukari is-" she stopped suddenly enough that even she looked surprised. "Sorry, it seems that's classified information. Siffice to say that Yukari's just far more complicated, that all," she finished as she noticed the camera angles changing on there own, That room's camera's facing around at Xander's will. "Huh... the camera's moving on its own. Chen! I thought you severed security's control on that camera."

The Nekomata reappeared. "I did! Maybe it's something else...?" she replied as Ran sighed.

"By the way, this is the Maintenance Bed's secondary A.I., Chen."

"Nice to meet 'cha. Anyway, it's probably that prick, Xander. He's a psychic and told the serpent that-" Zorlo paused as Ouroboros erupted from his spine and moved to the side of his face.

"That arrogant human told me to tell you he wants a copy of the battle data. Whether you like it or not, he's the boss of this useless bunch of humans," Ouroboros said as he floated next to Zorlo.

"YEah, what he said," Zorlo stated as he crossed his arms. "I'm sure whatever they're doing is probably mostly pointless," the spirit walker said as he stepped forwards and looked at them. "I'd be careful... most of the people here are powerful. Stronger than Ouroboros and I are right now, since my powers aren't very strong in general. Only the length and versatility of OUroboros fills in that difference between how strong we are and our enemies. THat kind of versatility sometimes will give me a chance," the man stated as he adjusted his hat. "Still, if really powerful vampires appear, I'm terribly in trouble. I'll figure out what to do when that happens. I'm sure that woman who hired us has a solution," the man stated with a yawn.

"I'm hardly in charge. I'm just a cog in the machine. A cog that acts like a know it all sure, but I'm not in charge nor am I arrogant. Also, thank you for passing the message along."

Xander laughed, "It's like whack-a-mole."
