According to the official website, by 2022 Aomori Prefecture has been designated a "special technology district" (A special economic zone pioneering a ubiquitous network utilizing ALTIMIT OS) by Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and the prefectural school our trio attends is a testbed for state of the art instructional technology not found in other prefectures, including a temperature control system since they're in one of Japan's coldest areas.

Sadly even though there are Chim Chims up the wazoo, based on Link there probably won't be Puchigusos. Twilight Knight Shino believes in rumors of a fabled R:X Puchiguso, but that's because she's a Shino, it's more fun to believe, etc... There might be R:2-style Grunties, though...

And from the preview we can infer Iori is in drama club. She is also a fan of the Descendants of Fianna... Emi attends cram school.

Otherwise, I think almost everything that happens in the video was translated before. This is the first .hack where a lot of what they're saying actually sounds like an online game. "Here comes its breath!" "The breath is too long!!orz" all sound like things people would chat in White Knight...

The games gave their nod at Atoli and Haseo's relationship. (Watch Atoli end up like Kuhn). For Quantum I'd say there seems to be a closer relationship with the real world and the online game than most series. At least outside of the books. But still that's more an assumption than a cold fact.

Well as it turns out (and it's really not surprising, I'm sure someone's already figured it out), you can simply replace the number at the end anywhere between 1 and 20 and you'll get some kind of screenshot. Not only that, but you know the "hack01a" and "hack01c" parts of the links? Well there's also a "hack01b". And each section (a, b, and c) has their own set of images. So really, there's 60 screenshots out there ready for the taking. It's awesome.

Well on Kinemacitrus' homepage (http://www.kinemacitrus.co.jp/), they cycle through the screenshots. There's no direct link to it on the site though; someone just found the link to the main images somehow - like what (P)T posted - and we've since taken advantage of it.

Call me Phantom. But yeah, changing the alphabet moves the category and the numbers determine the slide. That aside there are 14-15 days until the anime release and 13 for the comic. Also the main site added another joke strip.

Lol, I kinda liked (P)T. But your use of parentheses is cool, it's like You Are (Not) Alone and You Can (Not) Advance, which btw are waaaaay up there in my list of clever titles from Japan. Even better than "Time for L-Gaim." Like the polar opposite of 358/2 Days.

This one's pretty straightforward. Hermit is making fun of Sakuya because he has to do her work, but is astonished when Sakuya flawlessly details what a guild is (even guild messages, guild masters, and login notification). "That's amazing Sakuya! You can really do it if you put your mind to it!" "That guy was holding up a card" (*That guy = BV Fuji, who writes for the Twitter account I think) "I thought it might be something like that."

Also they're making custom .hack food for the Loft Plus One event, like Sakuyakisoba!

Thank you. Yakisoba... is it based off a form of fried noodles or is the custom food, new in and of itself? Either way I wonder what the ingredients would be.

I think it's a pun based off yakisoba. Pretty sure anyway. So it would probably just be yakisoba noodles... don't know how or if they'd incorporate the "Sakuya" part into the dish.

Also, thank goodness I actually checked dothackers' Facebook page! 'Cause I got to read the info about a .hack//Quantum iPhone app. HOLY CRAP I want. Too bad that it's a limited time thing (plus the approval is still pending), not to mention most of the perks involve actually being able to go to the screening events.... but still! I will totally download it if/when it's approved.

It's probably just regular yakisoba, maybe arranged in a V shape like Sakuya's head. Usually for these things the food just captures the "spirit" of the character, and comes with a collector's item or something. When I went to the Gundam Museum bar and got a Red Comet, it came with a badass coaster, and I got Sakura mochi at the Taishou Romandou (Sakura Wars/Taisen Cafe) and it came with, uh... something. I think Hermit's voice actress is signing things for the Hermit rice dish. Here's the menu she came up with:

Sadly these are apparently the version only sold at the theater, with a drama CD, at least according to the text. On the other hand, Amazon says it has a "special Amazon-only version" with the drama CD, so I can only hope it looks as cool...
