Reid: yeah...well after I woke up I spent a lot of time in physical therapy being motionless for 2 years could really affect the body you know I moved to the city and I'm in college if you could believe that actually I'm still following my passion not to sound cocky but I'm actually playing soccer for the univeraity I'm attending you could say I'm one of the best strikers in out division and honestly things were finally....normal but something allways felt missing like I don't know how to explain that is until I saw you again...I finally realized what I was missing it was you two I guess I felt Abit lonely... ( he smiles to himsel) I guess that's Abit silly huh? ( he notices her looking solemnly and he swiftly decides to change the subject) would you be interested in watchig a soccer game? Unless your not really into sports that is

"Yeah, same here. After recovering I decided to go to collage and pretend like nothing happened. I couldn't get you two out of my mind though and when I saw the controller and goggles laying there in the lab I just had to get on. I have to admit though I didn't really expect either of you two to still be here..." she paused and tilted her head a little while blankly looking at the ground.
"It may sound odd but you two are my best friends and it always felt like something was missing" she sighed a little.
"I don't have any friends in real life. I don't even have friends on the internet except for you and Kite. Is it weird to say that I got attached to you guys even though I didn't personally know you in real life?" She blankly directed her attention back to her feet.
"I'm lonely and I don't have anyone. I have one friend in real life but I'm more of a third wheel to her or a back up friend. She only ever wants to hang out if she has no one else to hang out with." She sighed a little again. "Anyway, enough of my rambling. I would love to see a soccer game"

Reid: I wouldn't call what you were doing was rambling you were just being honest I understand what you mean though it's not weird at all it just shows we're pretty much on the same page then anyway my team made it to the championship this year it's like a huge deal apparentally were playing against the top team in the Country I was wondering if you and a friend or kite wanted to go that is as long as we finish up this whole mess by then of course what do you say? Just forget about that " girl" in real life of she treats you like some back up friend she's not worth the effort if you ask me if you want to hang just hit me up duh ( he laughs) so you feelin Abit better now we could head back to the guild or we can go to a field and you can blow off some steam...

Fyron:

She looked up at him and smiled.
"That sounds like a great idea. I'll bet Kite would love to watch you play" she shuffled her feet a little again.
"How about we go level up some? Kite probably needs some rest. So, while he's resting we should level up"

Reid: oh and you wouldn't? Ahaha ( he laughs playfully) yeah okay that sounds like a good idea I do feel rather stiff when fighting it feels weird actually playing with a controller though I just tried this <<dream mode>> function do I should probablly test how it plays like let's go lvl up huh should we go high leveled area or... Want to enter the arena?

"No..." He shook his head. "I've spent two years resigned to my fate...Just...Give me a bit of time first. I need to digest this. Ask me again after WE finish The One Sin." He nodded his assent, and forced a smile.

"Yeah, that's fine. It's your life after all. I'll see you la- Wait we? Oh, you changed your mind? Cool. Well here's some gear and gold, I noticed you were lacking in that department yesterday. Why don't you message the others and have them come meet us at the lost ground, Coite Bodher Battlefield, Theta server, Hidden, Forbidden, Battlefield." Sylpharion pulled up his shortmail to read the message from Fyron and reply.
"Ok, grab any supplies you think you might need and I'll be waiting at the field." Sylpharion ran to the port crystal, hopped over to the chaos gate, the Theta server, and off to the field to wait for the others over in the center of the pillars.

"I know for a fact that I'd love too" she quickly looked at her level "Dream mode? I've never heard of it. I just thought leveling up would be a good idea because are characters at beginner levels again"

Reid: yeah but here's the weird thing it seems like our characters stats carried over though other wise there's no way we could of cleared that dungeon with that Fyron fellow but we deff should level up it feels weird being the new player ya know? And yeah <<Dream mode>> it's some function for this new version where it doesn't strain the players eyes you log into the world when you fall asleep it doesn't need the use of a control it's kinda like a dream ya know I thought is try it since I'm exhausted from Practice earlier ( he rubs his shoulders) anyway lets head out why don't you equip that new item was it some sylph dress that you got from that sylpharion fellow the scythe seems pretty good so far

Adol: ( he finds him self laying in the grass with the other two as he looks over to see sylpharion gate into the field)

Kara: sylpharion the cerulean knight has finally showed up! ( she jumps up energetically)

Fyron: ( he gates into Coite bodher battlefield) hey sylpharion your here already? ( he looks at the trio of player s) so who are they?

Marcus smiled at Kara's reaction. "Hey there." Fyron warped in. "Yeah, just got here. Kite said he would be coming and he might be bringing the rest of his guild with him. Anyways, though I'll probably have to do this a couple more times might as well do some introductions." Repetition helps with remembering names anyways. He walked over to Kara, took her hand and gently placed her in front of him, "This vision of power and grace is Kara. She put an end to my arena rampage earlier." Sylpharion gestured towards the ones still lying on the ground. "That is the lovely and avaricious Nagi and the young and fierce Adol, he's a blademaster much like ourselves. Together they are Team Triple Threat!" And finally he gestured to Fyron with his thumb, "And that's Fyron, he's participating in a fairy tale I'm inventing."

Fyron: you were on a rampage at the arena?...( he tilts his head inquisitively)

Kara: oh yeah you bet until I beat him or he lost I purpose.... I want a rematch

Adol: calm down sis come on ( he shakes Fyrons hand) hey nice to meet ya

Nagi: ( she shys away behind kara)

Kara: sorry she's Abit shy hey sylpharion you think this guy can keep up with us? I dont want somebody holding us back I mean he looks Abit What's the word I'm looking for?

Fyron: tch what?!

Adol: sorry she's a real instigator

"I see. I think I'll stick with my goggles and controller. A little old school, yes, but I like it"
Dream mode...No, it would be to much like being in a coma again...

"Well, his level's in the eighties so probably." Sylpharion said with a shrug. "And a rematch sounds like fun, and since there's no audience I can move the way I'm used to." He grinned. "We've still got some time before heading out so if you want to," He drew his blade and faced her, "we can go right now. Actually, the lot of you come at me, I want to see how well Team Triple Threat really is. Best prepare yourselves, because on 5 I'm coming. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5! Gutshot Blitz!"

He closed the distance, jammed the blade into Kara's chest, and hit her with his fist several times in the gut, before he kicked her into a pillar causing decent damage. He whirled around twisting back so that Nagi's longarm missed his throat by a centimeter, and slashed her knocking her back and redirecting Agol's attack just enough so that it missed. "Mother's Rosario!" He unleashed his favorite not skill on the pair of them, with the final thrust he targeted Nagi's crossguard and shattered the spear. Sylpharion whirled spun on his heels and caught the recovered Kara's hand midskill. While the system governing the pair's status's was frozen trying to figure out the how and the what just happened Adol struck him in the back several times with a skill of his own. Marcus howled in pain and threw Kara into Nagi and drew his blade back, "Vorpal Strike!" The sword punched through Kara into Nagi and critted hard on both of them, sending them careening into a pillar, and then their momentum carried them onto the grass past the pillars leaving him alone with Agol while the girls recovered. They parried one another for a second before Sylpharion stepped just past a swing and caught Agol across the back with a multi-hit skill. The fight pretty well showed the difference between Sylpharion trying to stay within the system's normal parameters and not. He hadn't dealt a lot of damage with any single attack, but they had all lost a good chunk of life and his health was in the red.

Reid: yeah nothing beats the controllie anyway lets head out! ( he forms a party with senna as he types in key words and the two then warp to a random grassy field area)....allright hows this I think we can grind here senna?....wow ( he looks around at the area) they really have made improvements to this version so then you ready?

Kara: ( she gets up as she dashes at sylpharion and her fists clashes with his blade as her stats receive a huge boost mainly her speed and strength) <<Dragon soul>> don't under estimate us!

Adol: <<Vorpal slash>> ( he parry's his strike as he try's to counter as he begins clashing briefly with sylpharion) take it easy sis!

Kara: ( he jumps back briefly) tch!...

Nagi: ( she activated her long arm skill as she dashes forth at sulpharions UN guarded side but when he easily parrys Ot it leaves both him and adol clashing but she created enough of an opening) were not a bunch of push overs!

Adol: haah! ( he blocks his attack)

Kara: ( she dashes at sylpharion) your the second strongest single handed swordsman I've met! Don't hold back! ( she begins her attack with renewed vigor)

Fyron: there gonna knock eachother out before we even leave

"Have pity on me, I haven't been playing very long." Sylpharion's hit points had been steadily regenerating as the fight wore on and when it was at about half he reached into his pocket and dropped a smoke bomb; it paused the fight for a few seconds. "Not likely, Fyron, the level difference is a bit much, and there are three of them that's just about the nail in the coffin. Hey Kara, who's number one?" Sylpharion knelt on the ground, just like he did between fights at the arena, turned the medicuboid's pain limiter off, Haven't done this since the forest. No holding back, right? and let the effects of the smoke screen fade. "The longer you wait, the more health you'll have to get through. And if you say the Cerulean Knight, I'm gonna be pissed." With the pain limiter off getting hit and/or killed would no longer merely be an annoyance, so Marcus would be forced to push his skills and reflexes to their limits.

"I'm ready when you are" She shrugged a little "Yeah, I guess the graphics have changed a bit"

Reid: allright let's go then how about we clear this field? ( he draws his blade brainier weapon as he engages the nearest group of monsters) allright senna lets see who can rack up the most experience points this time around?

Kara: ( she jumps through the smoke screen with a kick as she narrowly misses sylpharion) your pretty quick and number one it's just someone I used to know is all if you beat me then maybe you'll find ( she smirks at sylpharion) but I'm the least of your worries in this situation ( Nagi runs as she slashes with her long arm weapon as she manages to keep him at bay)

Nagi: we're team triple threat for a reason!

Adol: ( he runs at sylpharion ) <<Sky Divider!>> ( he ask ga his sword in a upward arc as it has a tale attribute to the strike as sylpharion counters with his own sword skill) He's moving differently then before ( he instinctively jumps back as he readies his sword for the inevitable counter)

"You are neither the least nor my last worry." Sylpharion stated as his blade rang out against Adol's, everything felt like it simultaneously moved in slow motion and also turned into a complete blur of nigh instantaneous motion. His blade slipped just past Adol's defenses, he raised a guard just in time to turn Nagi's next strike into a graze across the top of his off forearm so that it only took out about twenty percent of his health, the injury was minor although the damage was considerable and so it felt like his arm had just been cut off fortunately it was his off hand so he didn't release his weapon, and then he smashing his hilt into Kara's elbow hard enough that it would have broken it were this the real world, from there the fight became a blur.

It took several long painful minutes, until finally. "Crack Beat!" Sylpharion lashed out with one of the cheapest and most basic skills in a final gambit, it interrupted Adol's healing spell, took Nagi out, and forced Kara to backpedal or suffer the same fate. He finished Adol off, taking a blow to the back from Kara that destroyed his health and from the sensation his spine too, he screamed in pain but bobbed to the side and avoided her finishing blow, blasted backwards, wrenched his knee as he threw himself into a final slash that left him on his knees, with less than ten hit points remaining, one sp, and Team Triple Threat graying out. Kara herself was still in the middle of the falling animation. He sheathed his blade and got into his post match position before he broke out the Revival Medicines. "Don't hold back, good advice. And after that fight, the One Sin will be a welcome reprieve." Marcus reactivated the pain limiter as he was no longer interested in feeling like he had been cut and smashed into dozens of tiny pieces, and made certain to log all of the data the medicuboid had gathered during that hyper-intense fight for later study. He was pretty sure he had broken his prior reaction speed record if nothing else. "So, did I earn a name?" He asked grinning.

Kara: aw man!!!! ( she pouts for a brief moment) you know your good!

Adol: ( he helps Nagi up) you okay damn sylpharion is a lot stronger then I thought he may be the best blade master in this game...

Kara: I suppose did earn yourself a name despite his non chalant personality and how lazy he was The swordsman i consider the best is man named Reid ( she shows him our gauntlets and points out the roman numeral) we used to be in a guild together this was a long time ago though during R:2 these numbers were somewhat like a code name we were assigned although he seems to of disappeared from this world after the outbreak 2 years ago but it's hard to tell maybe even now you might actually be stronger than him after This display ( she smiles at sylpharion)
