Rayne softly called "Goodnight," to Chance as he walked out and turned back to listen to Yuri when he began speaking again. She nodded when he finished and replied, "Alright, but I'm fine as well, in all honesty. I've had some time to rest, so I can sing for you as many times as you need, or wish, me to."

With a gentle smile, she inhaled quietly and steadied herself before casting her only healing song. 'Healing Winds' she had called it when she had first crafted the song. After a few moments of singing, a glittering orb appeared before Yuri and began dissolving, leaving the glitter-like substance to fall on him, then disappear into thin air. Any pains he had felt would ease and any cut or wound he had obtained would heal over and quickly vanish as well. She had, afterall, waited until the last possible moment, making it as strong as she possibly could.

"There..Did that help any, or do you want me to sing it again?" she asked, biting the inside of her lip in worry. Rayne really hoped that she had done at least an okay job with healing him after he had done so much to protect her earlier.

Yuri: { he sits up} hmmmm wow I feel good { he streches his arms around} wow I feel great I feel like I can handle atleast a whole army of infected reyveiteils if they were to come I'd take them all on ahahaha I'm number 1! but I'm so tired unfortenatley no song magic will let me read through the books anyfaster well I'd better start studying and you should get rest { he picks up a pile of books and he starts reading them}

Rayne felt the familiar weakness that came after casting a higher level song, and she knew she needed to rest up some in order to be at her best ability incase something else came up the next day. However, she wanted to stay up and potentially talk with Yuri before he went to bed as well.

Her senses won over in her mind and she nodded lightly in reply to his last statement, agreeing that she should go and rest some. "You should rest up soon as well, Yuri. You deserve it. Goodnight." With a soft smile on her lips, she turned and began walking, taking one of the rooms for the night.

It felt odd, sleeping in someone's house instead of back where she had lived for so long, but the room itself seemed cozy, so it would be fine.

Rayne walked over to the bed and sat down gently, glancing around the room's arrangement. It was all put together in a way that made the room very comfortable. I'll try to be awake before them in the morning so I can make breakfast. I figure they're going to be practicing anyways, so even if I don't wake up before them, perhaps I can make them something before they can get started with their practice session. She glanced over at the clock and yawned, realizing why she was feeling as tired as she was. It was getting really late by now. I hope Yuri gets to sleep soon...He really did a lot today...He and Chance both did.

Rayne layed back and pulled the blankets up over her body, turning onto her side as she did so. Closing her heavy eyelids, she sighed to herself and allowed the day's memories to replay in her mind like a movie. Minus fighting the Infected Reyvatails, it was relaxing to watch. Seconds later, she was deep into the blankets of a dreamless sleep.

Yuri: {stands up and he walks into a room full of books all over the place and he sits down in a chair and he reads for about an hour though he looks through several books and then books fall off of the shelves pushinng the door to the room open slightly} I cant move screw it I'll just sleep here { he he sleeps under the piles of books except his foot is hanging out of them} ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

{ the next day}

Yuri: damn so tired ZZZZZZZZZZ

Chance snapped awake at dawn and rolled to the side, tossing the blanket away and holding his dagger at the ready. He scanned his room quickly. Clear, I wonder if it'll ever not be clear again? He made his bed quickly, dressed in his garb from the day before, and walked out of his room. He checked Yuri's quickly. What a mess. Doesn't look like he's in here, how early does he get up? More importantly, how early is he going to start making me get up? He slid the dagger into his boot and began his hour long run. As per his still drilled in routine. After done with that he would take a quick shower and see about breakfast unless Yuri had other plans.

At the sounds of footsteps, Rayne turned from where she stood in the kitchen and smiled as she watched Chance appear. He then stepped outside and she didn't hear him anymore. Perhaps he's practicing already...Yuri will probably be glad to know that he has a dedicated partner that he's training when he gets up, she thought with a soft smile.

She had woken up well before the sun had begun to rise and showered a little longer than she usually did simply to ease the stiffness that had gathered within her after fighting the infected Reyvatails the previous day. It always seemed to hurt to watch other Reyvatails be injured, at least it hurt Rayne, and in a group such as that, a feeling of physical stiffness had accumulated throughout her muscles over the night.

Now she felt back to normal, however, and she was busy prepairing to make a decent sized breakfast for Yuri and Chance.

Yuri: AH! { he opens the door of the study and out comes a few books spilled on the fllor and a theirs one on his head} ow my neck please god { he looks over to see rayne} ohh hey what time is it I was up late reading so whats for breakfest? { he takes the book of of his head and he throws it back into the room}

At the sight Rayne got after turning towards the rumbling of falling books and Yuri screaming, she couldn't restrain herself. She began giggling to herself, and she quickly bowed to cover it. A few seconds later, as she was raising back up, she replied in her usual cheery tone, "It's a little after seven, and as for breakfast, again, I just threw a few dishes together, so I hope you and Chance like at least one thing of the few. If not, however, just let me know and I'd be glad to make something else instead for you."

Having mentioned Chance caused her to gasp lightly, and she quickly added, "But Chance is outside, practicing I suppose. He has been for a little while now. Should I see if he's nearby and call him in to eat, or should we leave him to himself for now? I can always heat him up a plate, or make him something new altogether when he returns if he doesn't come back soon, afterall."

((OOC: Sorry, I can't post right now, tired. And also I apologize for not posting in the past week at all, and I probably won't be posting again, in any roleplay, until the end of this week. I'm sure I won't be studying much for my finals, but I'm going to at least think about studying for them and make some effort to do so. Y'all can just joint control Chance. Just have him be formalish and obedient.))

Yuri: it's fine let him train for awhile it saves me the trouble from getting up everymorning { he gets a plate of food} thanks for the food! { he starts eating} so did you sleep well sorry if your bed wasent so comfortable I dont really have alot of money the knights dont pay well at all their quite cheap come on sit down no need for you not to eat

Rayne sat down with a soft nod, but she didn't eat anything. "I ate something when I woke up about an hour ago, so I'm not hungry right now," she explained with a soft smile. "I slept well, though, thank you. The bed was really comfortable, actually, and I fell asleep practically instantly, so please don't worry about that, Yuri." She paused and sipped from a glass of orange glass she had poured for herself before the other two had gotten up.

"Did you get some rest as well after reading last night? I heard your pile of books fall this morning, and it sounded like there were a lot there, so hopefully you didn't stay up all night reading," Rayne said with an edge of concern tracing her voice as she sat down her glass. She may not really know him well yet, but she did know that he and Chance would most likely train later, and there was always the chance of another attack, so she didn't want him to be tired.

Yuri: well I wanted more sleep then I got though when I was reading the books kinda fell ontop of me thus knocking me unconsious yeah I wouldnt go in there if I were you ohh and uhh I was wondering did you happen to see a locket kinda lying around somewhere it belonged to my sister so I'd rather not lose it can you help me find it please its' kinda important

((OOC: Sorry for not posting last week. Been busy with stuff, people, paintball, helping my brother move to a new apartment, you know stuff.))

Chance hopped in the air and came to a dead stop at the door to Yuri's house. He made a slight creak upon opening the door and tensed up briefly, looking around the room in case Yuri had planned on attacking him as soon as he entered the house. Sometimes they would set up little ambushes like that to make sure everyone was always ready no matter the hour or exhaustion.

Although there wasn't an ambush waiting he noticed the scent of food now permeating the house as well as something glistening from beneath the clutter. He picked the locket up gingerly, I wonder if Rayne dropped this yesterday. It certainly doesn't look like something Yuri would carry around. He walked to the kitchen and eased the door open. "Ah, Lady Rayne, I found this locket, lying under some of the stuff int the living room. Did you drop it?" He held the locket out to her for her to examine and take if it was indeed hers.

Yuri: { kicks the wall hard enough to and he knocks into beaux with the chair and then its balancing on 1 leg} thanks for finding for me ohh and you should of kept your guard up what ever what you need to work on it balance if you get knocked down from that then you have no center of balance but what ever you should get something to eat { he opens the locket and a soft melody starts playing and his normal expression changes into a a expression filled with joy and he smiles barely noticeably and sits normally and he starts eating again} I'll warn every so often through out your training I will try something like that but if you can see it soming then you can improve

((Summer Break's finally here, so I'll be able to post more often. Exams were killer this year, or else I would have posted at least a little more often before now. Sorry if I held you guys up any, though...^^"))

Rayne had simply closed her eyes as soon as she noticed Yuri's intentions, knowing precisely what was to follow. When it was over, she opened her eyes and diverted them to the table before her to avoid giggling out loud. For some reason, it seemed that these two and their random moments had made her want to laugh more than she had in a pretty long time back at her previous residence. Choking back the laughter, she smiled and looked up in time to see Yuri's reaction to the locket. It amazed her how happy he looked as he glanced at it. "It's beautiful."

She would have usually said a little more about it, but remembering that he had said the word, belonged, she decided against it.

Turning her gaze back on Chance, she bowed her head slightly and said a soft, "Good morning," to him. "Um, I hope I made something you'll like, Chance. I still don't really know what either of you like, so I just had to go with things I felt were original classics in the hopes that I made something you two like. Please let me know, though, if there's anything else you'd like to have. I'll be glad to make it," Rayne said, her smile showing the tender sincerity in her words.

Yuri: thanks I think so too rayne { he clicks it open and a song that should be recognized by revyteils starts playing} heh its an odd song { he sits down} hurry up and eat we have to start your training and you can rest for awhile too if you want

"I'm sure it will be delicious, Lady Rayne." He sat and took a long drought of water. "Oh, and it's not that I didn't see it coming, Yuri, it's not the first time I've been the victim of an ambush, but I must say that I wasn't expecting you to attack like that. I'll have to remember it, and thanks for the forewarning." After quickly devouring a small portion of the food Rayne prepared for him. "Frankly I wasn't sure when you were planning on hitting me. By the look of things you seemed to have gotten moving especially early this morning. I was more worried about whatever hellish training you planned on waking me up with. Anyways, I'll be right back. Lady Rayne. Yuri." He nodded to each in turn before rushing a quick shower, the purpose of which was little more than to wash the sweat off and put on fresh tunic and breaches. Thinking himself ready to take whatever beatings Yuri would put him through as he walked back into the kitchen.

Yuri: { he watches beaux} ohhh and make look likethat your not watching out for an attack like so I'll demonstarte beaux I want you to attack me with all you got at any point during the day okay but heres a tip for you when you look around dont use your eyes make so your other 4 senses compensate for the sight rayne

Rayne took a few steps back, as suggested by Yuri, but she kept her gaze at the locket that had been Yuri's sister's. The melody continued playing in her mind, repeating itself over and over and never once halting.

"That song.." Rayne began, her voice so quiet that she would be suprised if Yuri actually heard her. "Do you know that song, other than by the locket, by any chance, Yuri?" Afterall, he had established the fact that he could read Hymnos, and thus, was different from humans, so perhaps he would recognize the song beyond the locket as well.

This song reminds me, though....No. I'll think that over later. For now, I just want to push any thoughts of that aside...
