He looked at the next team that would be coming against him as he decided whether or not to just withdraw now, and smirked. A fellow solo eh? Very well, you shall be my last opponent for the day. As the announcer declared the challenger Sylpharion rose to his feet and took his stance bouncing on the balls of his feet with renewed vigor.

Cloaked player: ( the player looks at sylpharion as he starts bouncing with vigor as the player begins bouncing as well but he then stops takes a fighting stance as he has armored like weapons on his legs and has gauntlets on his hands)

Cloaked player: ( the players rushes as he parrys a as he parrys a strike delivered by sphariom and he begins clashing parrying the attacks as he exchanges blows with sylpharion they continue to exchange blows for quite Abit until sylpharion manages to knock the player off balance forcing him to narrowly dodges as sylpharion cuts through the players cloak )....Ahhh dammit this sucks now I need to get it repaired jerk ( she looks at sylpharion revealing the clocked player to be a female by her appearance she bears crimson colors eyes that contrast her snow white hair) hey your pretty good! ( she jumps up and stretches) looks like I can take this fight seriously ( she takes a different fighting stance as the roman numerals of the number seven are branded on her gauntlets)

Announcer: u believable this newcomer is giving the cerulean knight a run for her money!!

"You're quite talented too." The fight continued for another minute, with the fight quickly turning against Sylpharion. "I'm glad you came along when you did. I was getting bored with this and was about to retire from the arena. And I was worried I might have stopped being able to live in this world too." When his health was critically low, Sylpharion jumped back, sheathed his blade, and knelt like he had done between every fight. "Has the Cerulean Knight accepted her defeat?" He quickly switched his weapon and accessory. There was a flash of blue light as Sylpharion rose and countered her eventual attack, he shouted "Mother's Rosario!" not an actual in system skill but one he had developed through repeated use, he landed ten slashes and finished with an actual skill called Vorpal Strike, which punched through guards and had a high critical hit chance, and knocked her back into the arena wall, putting them at more or less even critical health levels. The high leveled blademaster skill locked him in place for a second preventing him from finishing her off, Sylpharion recovered from the skill's cool down and was finally able to move again his opponent had also recovered her footing. He rested his blade at his hip with the tip just barely off the ground, "My name's Sylpharion. I'd like you to join me on a quest, if you're interested come see me at Hidden Forbidden Battlefield on the Theta server." As soon as he finished the sentence he activated a skill, to those in the audience it might have looked like he was being over aggressive and trying to finish things like that, but to his opponent it was clearly Sylpharion leaving himself open to be countered, thus putting the ending of the fight in her hands.

Female player: what your giving up allready? Oh well I haven't had a good fight like this since him you might actually be just as good with that sword ( she parrys his strike with her left hand as her right hand gets engulfed inflames) dragon slaying... <<iron fist>> ( she fires her fist at UN believable speeds as she knocks him into the air and she jumps as she flips and kicks him into the ground ending the match) sure I'll join you I dot see why not my partner and I were looking for something to do the names Kara she's Abit shy when you meet her so don over whelk her too much miss cerulean knight ...we'll meet you outside the arena?

There's no rush though, enjoy the applause, and the rabid fans, and all that jazz." He warped out of the arena. He glanced at the rankings as he walked past the big board, So, I got enough points to compete in the tournament when it comes around despite throwing that last match, yippee skippee. Maybe someone will get enough points to knock me out between now and then. I'd hate to be the reason someone didn't get the chance to compete. Also, ow, even with the pain threshold tempered down some, that hurts, a lot. He thought to himself before warping to Dol Donna and then to the lost ground to wait. When Kara and her associate showed up he'd switch back to his regular gear and lose the feminine appearance. He never did quite understand why it was that the armor made him look and sound like a girl. "Maybe it was some glitch because of the hardware getting a weird reading at the time, I was in a bit of a depression after all." He said aloud to himself as he gazed up at the floating dragon city thing from where he stood against one of the pillars.

Kara: allright!! ( she fires off a email to her friend)

???: hey sis! ( he runs over to her) you beat the cerulean knight your incredible

Kara: ( she looks at the red haired boy) oh you were watching me? It's okay she's stronger then that she let me win it was kind of dissapoint hey Kazu ( she wraps her arm around the boys head) you up for a quest Nagi is going and I've been invited by the cerulean knight her self!

Boy: yeah but in here I'm Adol but idk i wasent really in the mood to play today

Kara: oh come on don't be a bore! ( she tightens the headlock)

Sylpharion heard the arrival of some players and after a few seconds stepped out from behind the pillar and waved a greeting. "Yo. Glad you came. I was hoping y'all would join me fore taking a crack at the, oh right. Should introduce myself and I don't need to wear this anymore." He reequipped his usual armor and he was revealed to actually be a guy when the blue digital light faded. He smiled and bowed slightly, "I'm Sylpharion and I was wondering if y'all might join me in trying to clear the One Sin quest?"

Kara: oh wow your a guy?....why do you wear a girls armor in the arena? Oh right yeah this is Nagi she's a long arm and this is my brother! ( she puts adol in a headlock) Adol don't let his appearance fool you he might Be better then me he's a blade master like your self... And toget were usually team triple threat!but wait did you just say the one sin?

Adol: you mean we're supposedly to go after a unkillable monster....are you insane?

Nagi: ah- ummm Uhh I'm sorry but will there be rare items sylpharion?

Kara: count us in! ( she smacks her fists together) I've been meaning to try my skills against the one son let's see if this one sin can handle dragon fist Kara!!! ( she clearly gets pumped up)

Adol: I guess i'm in

"Yeah, I guess" She replied while watching him walk off. She finished guzzling the cup of coco and walked back into her apartment.

( he registers for the Arena as he warps to the locker room and leans agai st the wall and waits his turn) can't believe I nearly forgot there's that big tournament comig up in honor of this new update

He thought a moment, pointed to Kara, "Yes. I just want to be a normal player with no reputation and also, ten levels. I'm only in the upper 70s most competitors in the holy palace, including yourself, are in the mid 80s plus. No matter how much better than them I am when the difference is ten levels or more and especially when there's three of them they're all but invincible. That armor is freaking insane. So if you and I fought now there'd be no contest even with me at full health and sp."

Sylpharion pointed at Agol, "They haven't given me the results of the latest exam, so quite possibly. But at least this time I'm taking a party with me instead of just going at it by myself like I did the last three times." And finally he pointed at Nagi, "Yes." He crossed his arms, "Anyways, we'll have to get through a pretty deep dungeon to begin with so, if y'all don't have time today, we can do it another time. If y'all are still in for today, make your preparations and we'll meet here in an hour. Oh and Kara, my member address. See you all in an hour. I'll see if I can find us a couple more players in the meantime." He warped out and went to see Kite.
Upon entering the @Home. "Oh no, you are not sitting about mopping in a lone room all day for the rest of your life. I've tried, it's dreadfully boring. But that's not why I'm here. I'm going after The One Sin in a little under an hour, you or your fellow guildies want in?"

Steven looked up at the almost identical, if not exactly identical, player, sylpharion, through tear coated eyes. He immediately glanced away, embarrassed and ashamed for being seen crying. I'm just a fake. I can't. I can't stay here with these guys anymore. Not like this. "No thanks," His voice merely a whisper, "Reid, Senna, and I did it the..." He paused to choke back a sob, "the last version. I'll...Kill some time another way..."

"Alright then, I won't force anybody to join me on a seemingly suicidal mission. I've still got nearly an hour to kill before I set off, hope you don't mind the company." Sylpharion sat down across from Steven and poured himself a cup of Strange Coffee. After a few minutes of studying his face he set the mug down and spoke, "That's your real appearance, isn't it? This is mine too. It's almost like looking into a mirror, kind of unnerving. Speaking of mirrors, for you this world is a prison and you are unconscious in your world, but for me..." Marcus picked up his drink, closed his eyes, and let the warmth of the coffee seep through the mug, into his hands, and up his arms.

"This is my world." He opened his eyes and looked into Steven's. "In your world, I can't leave a room that's little bigger than this one. Here, I can breathe without pain, I can go outside, see a sunrise, and feel it's warmth on my skin." Marcus set the mug down and stood up to stretch, "I don't expect you to feel the same way about this place as I do, but you don't have to sit here with a couple tvs and a grunty all day either, no offense little guy. You can still live and spend time with your friends. Yes they'll log out sometimes, but people go home, sleep, and work away from their friends all of the time anyways. It's no different." He strode towards the exit but stopped and said without turning. "Part of living is crying." Sylpharion pat the edge of the doorway on his way out.

He let out a breath he had unconsciously been holding as soon as he was outside the @Home. "I'm sure that sounded a lot better in my head. Especially that last line, why'd I even say that? There's a reason I'm not a public speaker." He looked back at the entrance. "I hope he starts feeling better."

Steven sat head in his hands. Wait. He said I was unconcious?[/]. He sat, silently debating, and then turned and rushed out the @home. "Wait! Sylpharion! Did you just say that I'm unconcious in the real world? That I'm alive?"

Fyron:Hmm? ( he sheaths the elucidator as a roar erupts from the crowd as the last player finally fades to gray as he hits the ground and he disappears)

Announcer: unbelievable folks looks like we gave seen it again another solo player has battled his way to qualify for the upcoming tournament! Here we ate the black swordsman Fyron!

( he leans on the railing on her right side) allright sooo.,.what happened?....( he gets a new email ping as he ignores it at the moment)

"Whah!" Marcus exclaimed as Steven suddenly appeared running after him. "Uh, yeah. I mean I haven't gone to see you or anything, but here's the article ahout the shooting. And I haven't seen an obituary for you since then, so... yeah, you're alive. I don't know where you're staying just yet, but if you could give me a few personal details, primarily date of birth, I can find you and have Reid or Senna go and see you."

She just slowly shook her head.

Reid: don't nothing me senna come on you should know after spending two years with someone you start to realize when something's got you bothered but if you dont want to talk about it then I'll just drop it right now...so how have things been for you these past 2 years
