granted. you appear in the first shot, on the edge of the camera, in a highschool anime revolving around your worst enemy. you never appear for the rest of the series.
I wish that metal gear Ray was real, and that I was its controller (as a side note I wish that it was immune to nukes, and that solid snake, or anyone assosciated with the metal gear series wasn't there to stop me from taking over the world with it)

Granted, but they used other mass weapons of warfare that could easily destroy you and your plans to take over the world.
