Wow, our dreams came true. Why don't you just go cry in your little corner, and find some 70 year old guy on Match.com (No offense to anybody else who uses it.)
Hmmm.... PS3 vs. XBox 360? Since the PS3 is WAY overpriced, and there aren't many games I want for it, I'd have to go with XBox 360. HALO 3!!!
Well....

But, by the time those games do come out......I'm betting the 360 will have released Gears of War 2, which I think is one of their trump cards.
Could the PS3 be Sony's downfall?

PS3 games are harder to code thats why there aren't many games for it. a lot of people think the PS3 sucks but its not that the system itself is bad its just a bit ahead of the curve. Sony's main prob is that they rushed production and didn't think it through fully. But if I had to choose between a 360 or PS3 I would have to go with PS3. Simple reason is that Sony has always been dependable and a few mix ups here and there don't really bug me. Besides I'm not planning on getting a new system till after they are working on the "next next" gen systems so by that time there should be plenty of games out for the PS3

A lot of ports? You know the difference between ports and multi - platform right?
Port = A game that starts out on another system first.
Multi - Platform = Games that come out simultaneously on two or more systems.

Does anybody here think that there is a distinct possibility of Sony's gaming department going under because of the PSP and the PS3, because according to sales records, they have lost almost 1,000,000 dollars on the PS3 alone, while the PSP has lost them close to around 400,000 dollars.
Does anyone else have an opinion on that?

It's when the PlayStation 2 gets the ax, that Sony will have a bit of a problem. Assuming the PlayStation 3 hasn't shaped up, anyway.
I Have to Agree with you on that.
As soon as they pul the plug on the PS2, Sony could be in trouble if the PS3 hasn't shaped up by that time.
God forbid the PS3 goes under before the PS2.

I don't like to quote all the time, should be obvious to whom I'm addressing by what is said in my post. Any how I mixed up parts of your post by accident so I apologize.
I only see one port, what are the other two?

Ninja Gaiden was the only one I noticed, but then again I never pay attention to the Rainbow Six games as they don't interest me, and I haven't liked Star Wars since I was 7 or 8.

Ahem, According to Dengeki PlayStation, a total of 15 RPGs (including the aforementioned titles) are currently in development for PlayStation 3 in Japan. Gust, Nippon Ichi Software and Takuyo confirmed to the magazines that development of their respective PlayStation 3 RPGs is well under way. The following four titles are also mentioned in the feature: Hudson's untitled action RPG, Rengoku The End of the Century, Bandai Namco Games' untitled RPG and Project D from Michael Soft.

Last I heard of Makai Wars, was that it was still coming out for the PSP as well as the PS3. And no I'm not a fan of down loadable content, and it would also be highly unlikely for me to do any thing online in the first place so probably wouldn't even have my PS3(if that is the system I end up getting) set up to go online.
Still haven't seen any mention of Gust and NIS doing any thing on the 360 though, they're doing something with the DS and Wii in the future.
I'm still leaning towards the PS3 so far, just waiting to see if that price cut gets confirmed or denied and also what games will be coming out on it in the future especially RPG wise. Hopefully E3 next month reveals something good. I'm still happy with my PS2 and still say that is currently the best system out right now.
