Hmm... the idea of PCs being trapped in the Weapons is interesting. Although, I believe the weapons to be made of various different amounts of data copied from Kite...
I should probably mention first that I stand firm in my belief that "Tri-Edge" is a different manifestation of Cubia. So...

Phantom Blades+ Rageitiki (can't spell, the ones with the wavey blades)+Data Bug= Crow Blades
Phantom Blades have three blades like his does and Ragetiki have wavey ones like his.

I meant
that the blades
were once PCs
since had their data reformed
and r being used as weapons

O.o Or...they could just be part of Tri-Edge as a whole?
The blades are recognised as Tri-Edges weapon, I believe that means that they are unique.
But they are just weapons, tools of a warrior.
I'm guessing that when Tri-Edge was formed, those blades were created as a part of him in the same way every PC in The World is created with a weapon, you can't fight without weapons.
They don't seem to be important, the one you should focus your attention on is Tri-Edge himself.

That's just a wild guess, there's absolutely no solid evidence to support that claim.
What annoys me is how long this thread has gone on for when its clear that they are simply a trademark rather than anything special.
The blades are important in that they explain why he is called 'Tri-Edge', I fail to see anything else that makes them important.
Its like asking where Kite's Amateur Blades came from.

Who's to say Tri-Edge didn't just start with weapons? There is absolutely no PC in The World without some form of weapon.
Firstly, I see no Orca in that comic strip, only one person was DDed and that was Balmung.
Secondly, we don't even know if that is correct information, it may just be have been a concept at that point. Therefore we can't use it as proof of anything.
Thirdly, he is weaponless when he DDs Haseo, his weapons may have simply been put away in the same way Haseo is capable of doing so.
Finally, we do not even know that these are eyes, they may just be some form of screw that allows his blades to twist themselves around.

I heard Tri-Edge was the effect of Kite's negative energy or something like that. They were shaped becasue of all that negativity.

its just kites old blades data that were transformed into those, and no i bet that balmung and orca both just stoped playing or went into comatoise state. however haiso or haso got drained and transformed into the orignall skeith for a sec or two then his outfit changed a whole bunch those blades are just normal data mutated blades that used to be kites. simple and sweet but kinda off subject sorry Q(^^Q)

Well, it has been stated that Tri-Edge's weapons were legendary in some trailer or...something. But that may be purely because Tri-Edge is using them and has the only copy. They're probably just custom weapons that don't have any special powers like the Spear of Wotan. (Before it received etaf.cyl, I mean.)

PK? I think he's PKK since he, in a way, helped Haseo.
