Tri-Edge to be in episode 9? and what's with Gord?

Post by HaseoDeath »

In case anyone's curious, Tri-Edge was seen in the Next Episode preview this week. Image link below.

Hopefully this time he's in the episode and not just some shadow outline.

Also, anyone else think Gord could be Sora? I mean same voice actor, jumps a lot, the katars, wanting to be the strongest...

The same voice-actor doesn't really mean the same character, I mean Haseo is done by Tomonari, Shino by Subaru, Tabby by Mimiru, Naobi by Yata and Wiseman, and B set by Mistral.

However, I won't deny that they are similar. It seems voice-actors are commonly chosen for similar roles in Japan, so I'm not surprised that Gord and Sora are similar.

Gord is an interesting character, I won't deny that alongside Ender and Ovan, he is a favourite of mine for the moment. However, there is no definitive proof that says Gord is Sora, in fact, there is quite a bit of proof against this claim.

I probably should have just worded it that Gord has some simularities and asking if anyone wanted to discuss. Didn't mean to say I think it's him absolutely.

In any case, I'm hoping Tri-Edge really shows up next episode and does something. My feelings are saying he'll just be seen glaring and then warp away before anyone notices him. Still I like the image of his eye.

Gord can't be Sora, Sora would understand much more about what's going on, and pretty much knows what the key of the twilight is. Gord has a much different level of knowledge....

Going to have to agree with Kuukai in this one. Even though Sora was only an elemetry school student, I believe he would know to some extent what is going on.

He'd probably also stay the heck away from anything even remotely to do with the Key of the Twilight. After all, last time he got involved didn't end very well.

Also, Gord doesn't really want to be the strongest... he just wants to defeat Ovan because he feels he was being used by him. I'll admit that Gord and Sora are alike in some ways, but they can't be the same person for previously stated reasons.

For future reference, please don't make a title like this, as I'd consider it to be pretty spoilerish, even if we know he'll be in the series eventually. Try to be a bit more subtle with a title choice, in the future, and warn when discussing spoilers. Users just browsing through the section may not care to know this. Thanks. :]

That doesn't make sense, since the person is the player.

Sora would only be 16, odds are he would have matured a little more, but that would be great if were a more mature Sora, but I'd have to doubt it. Besides if it were he would have been a ton more useful to the Twilgiht brigade.

He simply can't be Sora. Too many things don't add up.
