Where does it say you can't post scans of the pictures?

The characters may be two PKs I suspect of being called Iyoten and Asuta...

Eh, picked it up last night. The article is okay, but it doesn't really offer anything new, besides some actual feedback from a playable version. Basically, the author notes everything's improved. There're so many errors in his writing, though, so reading it made me cringe a tad.

well they write some wrong stuff like after a character is Killed is deleted G.U is not Megaman.Exe

don't really care about how bad they messed up on it in the magazine....just as long as when it is transfered over here there are no mistakes.

I believe the one of the admins say we couldn't post scans from the american magaxine for some reason.

Well, although different American publishers have different policies, it's copyright infringement to copy an article/post scans online without permission, and some publishers here can be pretty anal about it. Posting magazine scans from Japanese publishers is more commonly practiced and accepted, but we could always send a request.
