Character Question

Based on episode one...I wouldn't be surprised if Shino is Subaru's new avatar....maybe she joined after the World crashed and is ready to get back in action...hmm...I wonder if this will unfold into anything...the voice actors are the same...

I seriously doubt it. Subaru and Shino, from what we know, are nothing alike. And I don't think Subaru would spend time on a guild that promoted violence (with pacifist Subary? HA!) in order to find Tsukasa. Plus if Shino was Subaru, she probably would've bursted Ovan's bubble with the Key of the Twilight search. And there's also no way Subaru, of all people, would come back for the kind of role Shino is filling.

beside's, isn't there supposed to be no tie in's with the original cast?

one more thing which i will say untill my lung's explode....

the same seyuu does not mean in any way shape or form the same charicter!

Though Shino and Subaru share the same Seiyuu, the same can be said for the other characters.

Haseo is done by the same Seiyuu who did Tomonari in Liminality, Tabby is done by the Seiyuu who did Mimiru and does Sakubo, and Ender's Seiyuu did Mai Minase and does Pai.

The one defining difference is that Subaru knew about Aura and suspects that she is the Key of the Twilight while Shino doesn't.

Suspects? From what the rumor's are saying, (only rumor's mind you)

Shino is Ovan's sister. OF course I forget wherre I heard this so... Yeah. Besides if there were tie in's with the original cast, I could see it as only being an extra, not a central part of the storyline.

The theory was based on a comment made by one of the characters at the end of the first chapter of GU+. A boy is said to have visited Shino, one says he looked like her brother while the other says he appeared to be a net-friend. As Haseo didn't know of Shino's condition while Ovan did, so it seems logical that Ovan was the one visiting her.
