As I know, I have only gotten up to the bit in .Hack//Infection when Mistral tells you something about a dungeon when you first get the server Dun Loireag which makes me clueless about the phases.
BUT after some research of the things a billion people knew, I was puzzled...
Okay, as we know:

Atoli: The Mirage of Deceit
etc...
Does this have some kind of connection to the phases?
But Morganna's dead...Right?
