To tell you the truth, I really don't have a favorite genre, I listen to anyone is good. The only two genres I don't listen to that much is rap and country (Don't flame me). But Rock I listen to the most.darkblades wrote:Ah. I see. That's cool cause most people either like one (mostly or at all) or the other (likewise).

Actually, I don't have any one favorite; I will listen to anything except screamo, hardcore, satanic stuff, heavy metal, and most country/classical. I like rock (old and new), pop, ska, trance, electronica, some classical, some country, orchestral music, foreign rock/pop, alternative, light metal, indie, jazz, punk, etc.
And not all of Green Day stuff is crap. Good Riddance ftw.

Yuck.. pop
I hate satanic stuff too. I like The Used. They're screamo and they're not satanic. (Senses Fail too <3)
I'm sick of Greenday but that's not the point I was trying to get across.
I meant like, Greenday isn't full on Punk. They're Punk/Pop/Rock or whatever.
Indie is awsome too.
But I love screamo/emo stuff.

I listen to...
- Ska
- Rock
- Blues
- Swing
- Scat
- Techno & Dance
- Good nu-metal bands (which are few and far apart)
- Classical
My favorite would have to be Ska though. (Emo = Bleh)

What's your definition of "loud and dumb music"? =/boy123 wrote:what the heck are Screamo Electronica Reggae Emo...sorry i dont listen to much music nor do i care about loud music or dumb music...i can tell ou i hate green day and anything like that...one i like that is kinda rck is alternative rock (not sure if ths is even a type)...
But I can tell from this post that you would never like sreamo. >_> It's where the songs are well, screamed rather than sung. Icky. Hardcore is close to that.
Electronica is like... synthesized stuff instead of using real instruments.
Emo is stuff that usually sings about emo/angsty stuff.
