Anime/ manga characters in game?

I would like to see some of the new anime and manga characters in the game and see how they interact under the game's circumstances.

What do you guys think?
Would they have any significant roles in GU?

Not gunna happen, Shugo was a sissy, there is no way he'd get re involved. Rena probably won't after her little situation either. Ouka is like the old version of Pai, her character is gone as well, There is no point for characters to come back if they have no avatar to return to.

I think he's talking about G.U.+ manga.

Yeah I meant from ROOTS, GU+, GnU, and other GU-related comics/novels/etc

IMO it would be one of two thing's

1similar to the sign charicter's in the other four game's
2they would be charicter's who are in the storyline and who re-introduce themsleves to haseo at the start of the game.... possibly because of the DD

He has the attitude to stay around, he has been in most of the hack series.

If you follow what he says through the hack time line you get the idea he does not wanto leave the world EVER.

He is always there to protect his world and I would think he would play the whole help out and pass knowlege role to the newer characters.

Balmungs character would just fit in nicely I think better then any of the previous characters.

It would be a laugh seing balmung starting a new avator and talking about past times and how awesome he was.

I been wondering about the other characters myself. If Umbra's theory of how many party members are in the game are right and also how many people Haseo meets in all the GU media, I would think that they would show up in the game.

there was:
Wiseman
BT
Tsukasa
Subaru
Crim
etc...

So who's saying that in Roots there can't be a Shugo or summin'?

are you talking about the sword Reid got in the manga GnU? caus eif so then it looks an almost exactly like it.
