Coming out this May in Japan to bad they don't make the same date for us in the U.S. that would be nice but yeah it make me think win the release date an bit more but whatever win they bring it out May or Summer or whatever it well be good.

Just wait patiently for it and do not hope for an exact release date. Though things will almost always let you down since many games release dates are inaccurate.

I'm 99% sure it won't be a simultaneous, worldwide release; it's quite a rare occurrence in gaming. I estimate 3+ months after the Japanese release.

I estimate Americans will probably get GUV1 around Halloween or Christmas.

I was personally hoping to have it by summer, so that I could play it over break.

But if it is around Christmas, that just means I'll be getting my parents to buy it.

They need to start the localization process way before they release in Japan, that way we get it earlier.

Just feal lucky you are only waiting for the USA release date i live in New Zealand so ill probably have to buy and ship in ntsc ps2 or get a special chip for mine just so i can play the game befor 2009

(being stuck with zone 4 games sucks why cant they make a international ps2?)

There's an actual release date for Japan but all I have ever seen for the realease date for America was "Summer of 2006" ...I hate when they do that..grrr...
