So what if the Bracelet held on to some of this emotional data, and with it became Artificially Intelligent like in the "Embodiment of the Bracelet" theory? Sure, nothing happens for a while, since the World is in order, then the World is restarted and we have all these new classes, monsters, items, areas, and everything the Bracelet's AI (Which is an anomaly that no human is responsible, hence an AIDA) is unfamiliar with, and deems them Data Bugs. Thus, the Bracelet hijacks Kite's data and/or creates a Kite clone to carry out it's will: Data Draining the entire World minus Aura, although the Bracelet could still be in the train of thought of collecting Aura's fragments, which would easily explain her disappearance.
That is a very good theory though, but I'm keeping myself open to suggestions...we may not find out about Tri-Edge's origin even in the first game.
