Has this been asked before?

Forgive me, I have been gone for a bit. Has there been any answers about how sometimes Haseo has that shadow armor on and other times he looks like a twin-blade (Danse Macabre, The Dance of Death... ect.)?
I have been wondering about this for awhile and it looks like he has it on at random points and in most of the cutscenes we've seen. Any ideas?

No one really knows, but it is pretty obvious that before Haseo was data drained, he had the armor. But, after the data drain, he was forced back to level one and thus was forced back to stock armor.

or it is the other way around. he could have that armor the become a pker. then getting messed up tri-edge (aka kite)

i would imagine that Haseo started out as a newbie without the armour... then he got PK'ed for the first time and he met Ovan... Then through some events, he wished to gain power, and as he did his "epitaph" awoke and he met Skeith, merged with him and gained the amour.. and then some events occured and he got Data Drained by Tri-edge.. what happens after that is anyone's guess...

Or it could be one of the features of his Multiweapon class.

true there will be alot of unknown problems being a multi-class

for example the armor you wear my not the be suitable for your other classes when you switch......unless their is a special bypass

It's not multiclass, it's multiWEAPON, which means he uses different types of weapons, but he can't use the weapons of other classes and vice-versa. The armor could just be like...a piece of armor that we're giving too much meaning to. Or maybe the new version of the World allows you to dress your character like a Gaia avatar or something.

A thought struck me, but does anyone think it possible that it could have been an event he won? Something that allowed multi-weapon dispite him being a twinblade originally?

Not saying nessicarily they gave him the items, just that they may have given the multi-weapon ability.

Multi-class woudln't really be a new class in two senses. First being if it's a new class then it wouldn't be 'multi' class, and two being it could be a new system like in FFXI how you can have another class's abilities, but you only see him using multiple weapons, and the heavy armor then light leather armor, so you can't really tell his class with the armor from what he uses, but with the leather armor you can figure twinblade as a base. But I really don't see the point of a class if you can use all those weapons. I mean it's like "I'm a level 99 twinblade" then you go and pwn crap using an axe...

I still think I'm gonna agree with what AuraTwilight says about it being a class with multi weapons.
But the big thing I don't agree with is after the Tri-edge DDing you only see him using twinblades so I believe that it can't be a class or he would be using more then the twinblade daggers, I mean if it was me I would have him using multiple weapons after the DD to show how versitile you could make Haseo be.

Haseo is not multi-class. He has a single class, and the name of that class is "Multi-Weapon".

I have nothing solid to base this on, but I expect that Multi-Weapon is a class that can use any weapon, but is not as powerful with any of them as the specialist classes are.

If I understood what you said, then you need to understand this:

Before DD: Multi-weapon

After DD: Twin Blade (or Dance of Macabre, I think was the new Twin Blade)

Understand? Basically, after the DD, the accpeted theory is that Haseo is forced back to level one. At level one, you can't be a special class such as Multi-weapon (assuming that multi-weapon is a special class, like I think).

Wrong. Haseo did remain a Multi-Weapon, which seems to be an ordinary class, as we see him using different weapons during the in-game sequence.

The Danse Macabre weapons he has seem to be his original weapons, but he still seems to be fully capable of using the weapons of another class.

Who is to say that later in the game he becomes a Multi-weapon? See, just because he is using non-Dance of Macabre weapons doesn't mean he remains a Multi-weapon.

I think it does...

Besides, if you translate his rank, its basically Multi-Weapon. In fact, you don't even need to translate it, just compare it to Yata's and see the difference.

Kind of off topic, but why do most of Haseo's weapons seem to have some form of like an engine or pwer source attached.
Before the data drain he has those chiansaw teeth like daggers, then the actual chansaw sword, in that picture it looks like a type of air compression or something device by the handle and top.

Maybe this is the new style of weapon? A more industrial feel?

It could be that he chose the weapons because of that style...

There is even a slight possibility that are in sets and, therefore, look similar...but I doubt that.
