Endrance the tempress question

or maybe its tough love. that she kills everything out of love. because she could want something so bad that should would kill anyone to get it. maybe the main char who ever he is

I don't think Endrance can control monsters (That would make her/him overpowered) And I don't think he/she would kill people. It's out of his/her nature. Here's an idea. Maybe, because he/she's the Temptress, he/she doesn't have a gender. Maybe Endrance has a neutral character with qualities of both (with the cat and black data, I'm starting to think Endrance is a hacker) and tempts both genders so Endrance can manipulate them to get what she wants. Just like your girlfriend did in high school. Loser.

=P lol its obviouse he is a romantic most bishounens are. I think most of the girls will like him they usaly do XD. That would be awsome if he was a hacker =D working for helba. He probly picked that character mod to make ppl think he is weak but he is actually strong. Like to temp ppl into attacking him then washes them up.

There could be a limit to it, I guess. Level ten monsters would be the highest, and you could only control them for a few turns...or something.

I do like the idea of Endrance being a bi-gender. Works out very well.

Regarding the issue of Endrance being male or female, it's all a matter if you know english. Temptress is a word used to describe a female not a male. because the -ress suffix is feminine.This is why we say sorceress instead of sorcerer.If Endrance was male his name would be some along the lines of Endrance the Tempter. So I for one think Endrance is female because of this. Although Japan does have a knack for doing weird things that are like a kick in the face. While the symbiotic relationship is a good theory has anyone thought that maybe they're reading way too much into it? The cat could just be a cat. A pet for Endrance or just a symbol. Maha was a cat. Mia was a cat. It would only make sense that the new Temptress have something to do with a cat. As for the talk about Aura deleting Mia after Elk was "done with her" you have to remember Aura's benevolent personality. She would never delete a AI just because its served its purpose. Plus Mia's never been very dependent on Elk so why would she start? Also the theory that the 8 players might have just decided to name themselves after the phases. The titles of the phases aren't described in the Epitaph of Twilight. Only their names are mentioned. Also I think that downplaying the names way too much. There's obviously some importance in the names otherwise why name the characters them? Also it appears that Haseo meets Ovan after he gets datadrained or whatever happened to him (we don't know the course of the game) so they probably weren't friends beforehand. So that's my thoughts on the subject and the various theories here. Anyone else wonder why Endrance is the Temptress? I mean Pai looks way more tempting than Endrance. Just a thought.

. . .for one the couldnt' change endrance's side thing since in the past game the name was a girl and we dont' know what the link between them and the phases are so Endrance can still be a guy. And maybe you havn't noticed that a"Kids" things are highly diffrent then the japanese "Kids" things for one they show boobs in japanese kids show but in america they put on cheap things on them to hide it for our kids.

Well in sign, alot of us thought tsukasa was a guy...
God knows what sex Endrance... I mean they could pull another tsukasa on us... This could end up just another case of mis-gender...

Well, technically speaking, the Tsukasa in "the world" is a guy, it´s a youth male wavemaster...only the player behind him is a girl.
It happens also in real games i.e. when a guy plays a female character in KOTOR or vice-versa.
In Diablo II I´m also playing a sorceress...so what?

I just dont' see why ppl just cant' accept that Endrance is most likly a guy

there is nothing wrong we don't even know the link between mia and endrance. I think pai and endrance should switch titles

and besides i think endrance being a guy is kinda cute ^^

i dont think the cat is the temptress. how can that little thing (cat or not) be controling her. then if that was the case wouldnt it have to be true for the rest of the phases.

but none of the other chars expect maybe haseo have the phases title live up to them in the old game. so why would she be different thats what i wonder.

true about the phases but i forget which one the prophet maybe that caused all the damange in the real world. (i dont know im restarting the four games) so maybe some how the phases will come out and show their true abilities.

The prophet is phase IV: Fidchell...and the damage to the real world was caused because Morganna was getting bigger and bigger cuz all the data collected by the phases which was meant to passed on to Aura was held back by her...

That wasn't all. Another important factor was that every time a Phase was killed, the servers crashed, and since everything is run by Altimit, it caused trouble for the real world.

but i dont think all the phases are trapped in the world. the have real bodies out side of the game and not in a hospital

Actually the "phases" themselves can´t have a real body. It´s simply impossible cuz the 8 phases are programs with monster avatars, they´re subroutines of the epitaph-program so they can´t have a real body...

I dought any of them are in comas really. Im also hopeing Endrance isn't a girl in RL either >.> there are aleady 2 that did a cross thing so im hopeing there won't be anymore lol
