Kite shaped character(tri-blade/edge)

i believe this character is Kite from the old games. He probably did the same thing as

Sora, Tsukasa, and Subaru they turned into the first three parts of the cursed wave. I believe Tri-edge is the same. Kite had and accident and now he is an extra member of the cursed wave and a vagrant AI

That is possible since we don't know what happens after the end of Quarantine through to the start of G.U., but maybe it's something simple

How about if A.I.D.A. wanted a character who she perceived was one of the strongest in The World to protect her, and made a copy of Kite, and is now Tri-Edge to protect her, however she got some aspects of the character wrong, and that is the tri-edge that we now see

I think tri-edge is just patches of kite's old data even the braclet is broken.

What's this crap about Tsukasa, Subaru, and Sora BEING the Phases? That's total crap. Sora's the only one you can possibly make a case for, and he wasn't Skeith itself, but merely imprisoned in his wand as punishment. The reason those three are AI COPIES is because:

Tsukasa's clone data from Net Slum packed together to make a functional copy of Tsukasa

Subaru's copy was made because of physical contact with Aura when Net Slum was unplugged.

Sora you should already know.
