The Twins were gone for a while. It was nearly ten minutes before Lumina burned in, half carrying and half dragging to charred bodies that were bound together by rope. Though most of the hair and other features were gone, it was still clear one was female and the other one was a large male. Lumina sighed, catching her breath, as she looked to Oni and Kisara. "We're almost done, I think. By the way, the dress looks good on you, Kisara. I thought it might be too tight since you're a bit 'larger' then us," Lumina said as she waited for Namine to finished. In the mean time, she also looked around for something.

Kisara’s cheeks turned pink with the comment, and she would not let Lumina get away with that, if not for the obvious realization that came over her. “A-Are those your parents?” Oni beat Kisara to the punch, yet Kisara truly did not want to be the person who asked. “Shut up, of course it is.” Kisara smacked the back of Oni’s head, and Oni bowed his head, “What? Oh- I’m sorry…”

Ryan started losing forces, and he was just metters away from water country, when he got to it, he covered his arms and legs with earth, and saw Rika Iiii got'ya... he walked behind her and wraped his arm aroundher neck shoking her "Ok now, you're coming with me" he covered her arms with earth, not letting her make her 'Bubble', and taked her to the platform in wich he came, and they 'Departed' again to earth's country "If you wanted to know.. Yeah, that boy died..." He told her with an evily grin, provoking her....

"It's okay, Oni, Kisara," Namine said as she walked in, holding a large shoulder bag that obviously had something in it. "Though it's still saddening, we've already had our time to grieve," she finished as she looked with sadness at the charred remains. She looked at her sister. "Analise & Kenshiro?"

Lumina looked away and shook her head. "Cremated outside."

"I understand."

"By the way, have you found the fuel yet, Namine?" Lumina asked suddenly. When Namine pointed to it, Lumina nodded and walked out for it.

"Sorry for not explaining. We intend to burn the place now as our business is done here. After that, we wish to continue journeying with you, if you don't mind the fact that we're likely to cause you more trouble since someone is apparently after me and my power. Is that alright?" she asked as the sound of liquid hitting the floor echoed.

Khas woke with a start several men in earth kingdom uniforms were speaking in hushed tones not far away. He looked around at the earthen structure he was housed within. Probably underground given that the only light he saw was from a pair of lanterns. He pushed himself into a sitting position with his back to the wall. "Report." His voice cracked and he coughed trying to get it to behave, one of the men handed him a canteen. It was the most delicious thing he had ever had. "Report." He repeated, his voice obeying properly this time. "Sir, we found you in the middle of a field of craters. There was a body near you," "He's dead?" "Yes sir." "Oh good. He was the man who tried to kill Hiro. Continue." "Right, the dust hadn't even settled when we arrived but you had lost consciousness. Most of the damage is fairly minor, there was just a lot of it." Khas raised his left arm, examining it. Overall he didn't feel that bad, and all of his muscles seemed to be in working order. "I was hit by several lightning bolts and lost use of an arm, any lingering effects I should be aware of?" "Your nervous system might not respond like it used to, but that should pass before too long. Your inability to use your arm, if that was it, was probably due to an overload on your nerves from the shock." The sergeant rushed into the room and gave everyone a quick salute. "General." "Sergeant. I thought I left you at the hill?" "Yes sir, but when the squad arrived they said they could handle things from there, so I followed you. Also they brought something for you from your father." Khas raised an eyebrow and the sergeant revealed that he had been carrying a briefcase. A table rose out of the ground and the sergeant placed the case upon it. Khas whistled when it opened. Not one, not two, but four spears and a new band for his hair. Not that he'd be needing that anymore. He withdrew one of the spears and shut the case. "Thank you sergeant. You're dismissed." The man nodded and left the room case in hand. "Ok, now fill me in on what I've missed."

Zanza pushed the last two spoonfuls away and looked around the mess tent. Two armed men stood nearby, they looked like they couldn't decide if they wanted to shoot him or run. The other soldiers in the tent kept glancing at him. Most seemed curious, but a handful had looks of disgust and loathing. He sighed, the longer they held him up here the longer it would take him to track the child down again. He looked up at a clock, I guess I can give them till dawn tomorrow. After that I'm leaving, one way or another.

((Rika can spew bubbles from her mouth, I stated this in your previous encounter with the lass. And as for time constraints, don’t worry, I have a lot on my plate as well.))

Rika’s mouth began foaming as bubbles poured over her body, they did not help much, but she still struggled. “Lemme go! I’ll kick ‘ur ass into next week if ya don’t!”

Kisara smiled and shrugged off the twins’ warning, “Trust me, if I cared about being chased down by bad guys, I wouldn’t be roaming around with a bunch of girls.” She smirked and cast an eye at Oni before continuing, “Besides, I’d pick you two over Oni any time.” Oni sighed and shook his head, “Without me here, the three of you would not exactly be as active as you are right now. Especially you Kisara…” Oni glared back at Kisara.

Another fissure shook the capital, with even greater ferocity than the last two. The fissure was not initially a shock to the seven roamers that remained bent on their mission. However, this fissure lasted more than just a moment. Raymond could no longer stand still and fell to the ground. The base which held the EMkII was set to “high-alert” and all defensive mages were sent to the high-security area of the base.

Namine laughed as Lumina finished with the other room. "Thanks, I guess? It's always nice to know we're liked," she finished as she motioned for everyone to leave. Namine continued as Lumina finished up. "Don't worry, Oni. We like having you around," she finished with a wink, eerily reminding him of the kiss they'd given him earlier. But she didn't have time to elaborate as Lumina blazed over. "Oh, ready?"

Lumina nodded. "Yep. All set, Namine."

"Then the honor's all yours, sister," Namine replied.

"Okay." Lumina turned as she formed a ball of flame in her hands. She zeroed in on the container and fastballed the flame straight at it, the entire house going up in seconds as the container burst and scattered flames to the waiting fuel.

"Nice one."

"Thanks," Lumina replied with a smile as she turned back to everyone. "Well, shall we go then?"

Khas smashed a receiver on the stone tabletop breaking it. "That makes three." Commented the sergeant as he finished taping the first one back together. "On the plus side you managed to resist the urge to crush this one." They traded and Khas returned to arguing with the generals back in the capital proper. "Even a mountain can be toppled by an earthquake. And it takes far longer to erode a mountain than it takes to blow one up. ... Yes. But they will be expecting an attack right now. ... No, I propose we play on their expectations. We give them an open route to the city and then we strike their flank with those troops. If they try to take advantage of the opening we crush them like a melon between two rocks. ... Well if they use that then it won't matter how many troops we have in the way. ... I can't say I'm surprised by the decision. No, I shall remain out here. There will need to be some semblance of a chain of command when the city falls around your ears." Khas dropped the receiver and buried his face in his hands. "Those tremors aren't random occurrences. The assassin, that wiped out metal encampment, and that unidentified helicopter. The rumors are obviously true, DIOS exists and is moving." "Yes sir." Said the sergeant without looking up from his work. "You don't actually believe me, do you?" "Permission to speak freely?" "Of course." "I just don't believe this DIOS thing exists, but I will follow your orders whatever they may be sir." "Well, if we go after the EMKII now we'll just get slaughtered. They'll be on high alert after that last quake and we don't have the man power to make a proper push. We'll fall back to the anti-air facility and reinforce it as best we can."

The tremor was strong enough to bring down the mess tent and some of the other more hastily constructed buildings. He didn't move at first except to put an arm over his head. When the tremor ceased he stood, raising the roof with himself and moved to the entrance. He picked up a pole and used that for a support before leaving the soldiers to take care of their own. He wasn't their medic after all. Someone was shouting at him about something, he would have simply ignored them except the woman threw a toolbox at him. "You're the rust bucket who killed my sister!" She was running at him now, armed with a screwdriver and shouting something about revenge. At first he thought it was a half baked attempt on his life, but when he found himself on the ground and having to use both hands to hold back the screwdriver he remembered. Everyone here was a soldier, and this was a pissed off one. Nevertheless he quickly managed to toss her off and pin her when she realized he wasn't going to be giving her a chance to escape she settled for spitting in his face. Around this time another soldier tackled him, and before he knew it Zanza was fending off the other six members of the woman's squad too. He managed to get back up on his feet and was the one with the screwdriver. Now that he was armed, he was having difficulty bringing himself to not stab any of them.

"Come on ya long haired earth lover." The man who had said that, an offensive type like himself, found himself struck unconscious by the butt of the thrown tool. Well that was one down. Might as well beat the crap out of the other six too. They're trained to fight, and they're good at it, but I'm trained to kill. When the dust settled Zanza was once again pinning the woman and the rest of her squadmates were otherwise disabled. Most had just been knocked unconscious, although he thought he might have killed one of them. He reached into his pocket and the woman tensed up, trying to break free again, but froze when she saw what he had pulled out. "Peppermint?" He offered letting the dumbfounded woman up.

Ryan Covered Rika's body with earth, except for her head, and maked sure she didn't move, and suddendly spinned the platform, leavingthe binded Rika under the water, after 30 seconds, he spinned the platform again and grabbed her neck, without letting her go from her earth prison "You touch me and i'll kill you" he covered her mouth with and earth strip

((Welcome to five days later, before you ask, yes, your character was moved. Now, if you want to know where your character is, I suggest checking the updates section. Or read this post. Since Oni and Kisara are my favorite characters, I shall proceed with their adventures with Lumina and Namine.))

Quite the eventful five days passed for our four young travelers. While heading towards the Fire Country Capital, the group fought a family once again seeking Namine’s powers, they however, were not associated with Dios, and simply fire mages. Oni, at wits end with Kisara’s teasing, decided that he would hold off the would-be captors. He fared well for one without experience, but broke his arm in the conflict. It was then that the girls found out that Oni’s healing powers could not be used to heal his own injuries. They are currently at the capital city, and many people are inside of their homes, watching the news coverage of the war on their television screens.

After being patched up, Marcus and Ben have set out for Rika, finding out as soon as they got home that she has been missing, and Ben realized that in having let Ryan live, he is the biggest potential captor. Marcus’s limbs are not repaired, but rather encased in ice for easy mobility.

((Now for the war front!))
Eldan, Yosuke, and Takayuki have made it to the Earth country! To their ever growing misfortune, they have encountered Dios’s own blood mage! They have been engaged in conflict with the elite for two days now.

Zanza was allowed to pursue the Forbidden Child, so long as he was under constant surveillance of a soldier. The soldier was a rookie, one that Zanza had met upon his arrival. Ironically, as they left, Raymond had arrived at the site of the EMkII, with the objective of being able to mimic it himself.

Lastly, Earth Country technology enabled the Earth soldiers to locate the epicenter of the earthquakes, which totaled 23. Shinto, sent on a mission with soldiers of his choice, was ambushed by a Dios squad of five. The Squad contained an offensive mage from each country. The only one who was known to Shinto was the metal soldier, who was known for the kidnapping, sadistic torture, and murder of more than 50 children, from multiple countries.

"So this is the capital..." Lumina said, looking around.

"The other towns were ruins compared to this..." Namine added in as she looked around with her sister. Though it didn't faze Kisara, having been there before, the Twins and Oni were a bit surprised. All the other towns and villages were rundown, but the capital was a city well and truly worthy of the title, 'Capital of Fire Country'. The twins looked back as Oni and Kisara and could help but feel a bit regretful of Oni's condition. After all, it was partially their fault. He might not be injured if he hadn't been with them, but that wasn't something to dwell on. "Hey Kisara!" Namine started.

"You live here now since you're part of the Council, don't you?" Lumina finished seamlessly for her twin as they both looked to the fighter.
