You know Twilight sucks when your teacher says "I finally read the books and they sucked!!!"

ugh sorry I've been absent for a while in the forums guys, just finished my final term exams, I managed to publish a movie review of twilight in our school paper and boy did I upset a lot of fangirls.....
Now I've been receiving death threats from them such as:
"I'll rape you and the suffocate you" and "you will pay for that slander you ****", but hey I dont mind it, how can fangirls rape me if they dont have cock's?

Rape is any type of penetration to a person without their consent. They could actually stick the Twilight book inside of you and that would be classified as rape. You don't necessarily need male genitalia.

I used to fangirl over the series, but then I read the last book and well, started to re-read the series and realized how poorly written it was.. course, my friends were already mad that I liked Jacob better than Edward so it wasn't that much of a change once I told them I hated it.

Nowadays, I just want the crazy fandom to fade out. Some fan at the mall one time stomped on my foot when I was laughing over a joke my younger brother made about Edward and his sparkles. >_>;

Here's what I wrote:"I dont know why people especially twihards say that twilight is the new harry potter when it's only aimed at teens who would never experience romance, I'm disgusted that so many girls adore it simply for rock hard abs, even for a movie lover such as myself wouldn't even compare it to harry potter, as for the twilight fangirls out there: Go watch blade or thirty days of night, it would suit you."

Consider the Harry Potter fangirls who didn't care much about Voldemort and all the important stuff and just read the books to debate who between Harry or Ron gave more attention to Hermione, and take every little thing happening between all the characters as a sign of romance or attachment or whatever else.
Yeah, for those kind of fangirls, Twilight can be the new Harry Potter, and way better than the last one...since this one doesn't have evil wizards or whatever "interfering" with the relationships of the characters, whatever the heck they may be >3>

On a silly kinda-random note, i have a couple of female friends who do love Harry Potter AND Vampires, and yet HATE Twilight. They're instead heavily obsessed with several books written by Anne Rice. Can't really say anything about them, for i'm not a book person and i don't really know anything about those books, except for a "Lestat de Lioncourt", who they love to quote, and from the quotes he sounds like a dramatical, egocentrical version of Castlevania's Alucard...but, yeah, at least they seem to involve REAL vampires indeed, the awesome ones we love, the ones that would end your existence in elegant ways if you were to bother them, rather than just crouch and cry "Oh i'm sorry please don't hurt me i'm too cute to be hurt!!!".
There is no use moving back, you can't trace back your path

@_@ That's true. Although there was that one chick trying to kill Bella. lol me and my cousin made of Twiligh and thought we should make a group on Facebook called 'EdwardXJacob' or 'Edward love Jacob forever'
and draw fandom yaoi pics to stick up there because seriously how can you not see the sexual tention there XD then we decided no to because we would be hunted down and shot.

I LOVE vampires but cannot stand Twilight. I mainly stick to old classic horror vampire books. Its hard for me to find a decant vampire book now adays sense its all about sex and stuff (don't get me wrong there are a few good ones). For me I love Barnabas from Dark Shadows XD I'm always quoting stuff from it Xp It's an old show but its still pretty good.

I use to miss the good old days when vampires used to be feared and dreaded, nowadays you cant scare naughty kids with them anymore, and I do think that people ought to realize that vampires aren't even something to take lightly, I mean its just that they are undead so what even makes them appealing?

The danger factor is what's appealing. (And the overall hotness.) That's why so many girls swoon over the 'bad boys'. It's a 'risk'. It's exciting to them.
Course, personally, I don't find vampires to be all that appealing... being dead and all.

I think monsters should well, stay at least somewhat monstrous. I don't mind stuff like Vampire Knight or Vampire Game (a bit of an older manga that second one. I need to re-read it, it's really good.) but totally re-creating the mythos sorta bugs me as a mythology afficionado.
C'mon. Sparkly skin?
No. Just no. Too far. I don't mind the whole shape-shifter thing with the wolves, since in the end it is stated that they're 'shape-shifters' not werewolves, but that's a bit different. Shape-shifters don't have the established mythos 'rules' of the werewolves.

But I'll stop ranting now. Haha... I'll just get into a mythology rant. Not good. =P

It's what turns most smart girls into full-blown idiots.

I dont get why stephanie mayer could just do that to vampires, its sad knowing that the feared creatures of the night are portrayed as sparkly homo's.

Same way Paul Anderson did to Resident Evil, all of those movies were crap too, I'm trying to ignore it ever happened. Twilight can't be ignored, it's just too popular. I can still hate it though >.<

I gotta admit, I do like how vampires look now. More teenage-looking vampires in my opinion look better than the old-style jet-black hair with a long dark cloak is so boring imo.

Though the **** that Stephanie Myers pulled is just insulting.

I hate twilight as well but I cant ignore the fact that there are some people who make fun of me when I mention something like:
Me:any new's on edward?
Friend:From what I heard-
Twihard:OMIGOSH you dont know the latest about edward cullen?!
Friend:we were talking about edward elric.
Twihard:huh? where's he from?
Me: a book.
Twihard:what book?
Me: it's called GETALIFE!
If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists...
And yes, we may all be headed straight to Hell.
But what better place for us than this?
It is our only home
Our Heaven and our Hell
This is Otaku Heaven.

Ugg...I hate my friend so much. He thinks I'm pale as a vampire and knows I hate Twilight so every day he says this
"Anna, If you started sparkling I would swear you are a Vampire."
Hahaha -_-' How dare you relate me to Twilight!

Even though I hate Twilight, I did read the first book and part of the 2nd book and saw all 3 movies so far. And even though I felt my masculinity deplete each time, every time a girl at my school saw me reading one of the books I do get alot of positive feedback from them...LOL I guess it's not ALL bad.
