"It's nothing, Zero. I'll be out there in just one second, alright?" Hibana called before letting go of the small button. She stood and followed Reiko out of the room, yawning softly to herself before she was close to Zero. When she was standing beside the machine, she pushed two larger buttons and it began sliding out slowly.

"That wasn't too bad, was it?" she asked, offering her hand down to help him sit up. The actual laying part was as comfortable as it could be, but it was still flat, making it a little hard to sit up from after having laying there for a couple of minutes.

Zero: yeah but my necks pretty stiff from lying on that surface for awhile { she takes her hand and he sits up but then he stands up} allright welll lets go see aiko and then I'll listen to the doctor and rest since I guess thats all I can do huh?

Hibana nodded and smiled as she took her hand back, crossing her arms loosely before her afterword. "We'll go and get Aiko back from wherever she's drug Ai, but then you should go and rest up. Like I said, rest is the best thing I can suggest you get in order to feel better, but I can give you a small seditive if you still don't feel like you'll sleep easily."

Aiko, if Hibana was lucky, would be ready to go to sleep as well. She had been up several hours herself, and at her age, she should be worn out quickly if she already wasn't. Once Hibana spoke with Reiko, she too could try to get a few moments of sleep in before she was needed.

Another needle shattered as Doctor Koriyama experimented. He had been correct, her entire body was now completely indestructible. She only followed the orders he gave at the moment. Her entire body followed whatever he said and that was it. "Looks like we can't have any other doctor examining you now. Don't allow anyone but me to examine you no matter what." She merely nodded.

"What shall I do now?"

"Did you visit Zero?" She nodded. "Tell me what you saw."

"The room is safe. Safer than any room I've ever seen. His body will suffer because of his powers, but the one who hunts him will find him."

"The Black Winged One..."

"No. A demon posing as a little girl."

"That Aiko girl... Isn't that great." This time she nodded to confirm it. "So that's the agent in the hospital. Are you sure she'll-"

"She won't. She likes him, yet the other agent is here."

"Her mother?"

"What was her mother."

Zero: yeah yeah I got it { he walks over to the room where aiko is} hey Aiko your big brothers back from examination and heres the best part I'm A ok which mean I'm perfectly fine so what do you wanna do we can play what ever ya want or we can just hang out and watch some tv for a little while { he sits in a chair and helifts aiko up next to him} so what show do you want to watch first

After following where the others Seth takes a long look at Aiko "Zero... where did you find her?" Seth remembers when he saved Arte and he smiles "So you decided to do the same thing i did about ten years ago." Seth zan't help but smile at the memories "Whats her name? And how did she end up in your custody?"

Zero: { he stands up and he whispears to seth} I'll telll you later but not right now okay Id rather not discuss the entire conversation infront of her its probably still abit of a shock { he sits down and aiko puts on a childrens anime} ............ OHHHHHH { he pays close attention to it because he hasent gotten over his childish side yet} ohhh a new episode!

Seth stares at the t.v "No... way I THOUGHT THEY CANCELLED THIS SERIES!" Seth sits down next to Zero and watches with them "Now if only hospital food tasted good." Seth turns volume a bit louder "Seth how can you watch this stuff?" Arte gigles a little at how strange Seth was Seth laughs too but then stops and looks at Arte "was that an insult?"

Aiko sat directly in between Seth and Zero and found herself quickly drawn into the anime as well. Hibana watched the three get into the tv and couldn't help but shake her head lightly. They're watching it more intently than certain doctors I know watch their patients during surgery. At least they're having fun..I could go ahead and go talk to Reiko while they're so caught up, though...That way I can get a few hours of sleep maybe..

"Hey Zero? Will you keep a good eye on Aiko for a minute? I need to go and talk to Dr. Echison for just a few minutes, and when I get back, I think it'll be time for you two to get to bed, okay?"

Zero: huh yeah 'll do it in a minute

Demon: uhhh sir were not entirely sure abot that though you need to wait anther hour for us to finish the examination of the area where the incident occured

Black winged demon: hmmm they said it wouldnt break but here I am holding a piece of it but damn it was hard to get near it I wonder what exactly is going on

"Franca?" The girl was still sitting where he had left her. "We are leaving, nothing will be going with us." She stood up as if she were on strings, following him. He had to sneak out with her as fast as possible, he didn't want that female demon or the head knowing about what had happened to her. Certainly this place was far from safe, and nothing else was that safe. It was better than staying where anyone could find out though.

black winged demon: { ehhh I'll let it return to its owner he lets it go and before it hits the floor it vanishes} I wonder where it went hmmmm hows the investication coming on that boy

Demon: not yet sir were not sure what it is but theres nothing about him anywhere in any of the underground cities its almost s if

Black winged demon: he doesnt exist interesting looks like this is gonna be fun

Zero: AAAAAACHOOOO!!!!! *sniff* ohhh man I think I'm coming down with something hey aiko do you have a tissue or do any of you 2 have one { he goes back to watching the show}

Once she had Zero's approval, if you could call it that, Hibana turned away and walked to Reiko's office. As she walked, she recalled the past couple of days in her mind. So much had happened, and yet, it had all happened so quickly. First Zero awakened, then they were swept away to a demon attacked village to help find any survivors, which was what had brought Aiko in the mix, then Dr. Echison turned out to be Zero's lost sister, and that was only in the first day.

She arrived at the room and found the door left open slightly. In order to be polite, she knocked before she began pushing the door in a little more. "Dr. Echison?" she called softly, deciding it was best not to call her "Reiko" except when she was sure it was only the two of them.

Aiko reached over to the small table behind her and grabbed a box of tissues, which she handed to Zero without taking her eyes off of the tv for a second. "Here you go," she said in a tone that mimiced sleep, but was truely only due to the fact that she had become so absorbed in the anime before her.

Reiko: hmmm ohhh hibana come on in { she stands up and locks the doors and shuts the windows blinds and she reaches into a secret part of the book case and she pulls out a book that looks all ragged and old} I was able to sneak this off of one of the doctors a wild back and theres one thing you should know I know you heard him say the name kyou and its a long story but kyou was a child adopted by our father and mother and we all lived really peacefully and then I'm sure you know what happened next now theres a page I wanted to show you now from what I heard about what happened earlier to Zero when he was fightning sounds alot like this { she opens the book to a page wheres theres a picture that shows a human figure and a demon figure in a circle and on the other page explains abunch of stuff} I think you should read this it was confusing to me at first but this way if you read it we can both wrap our heads around this

"Okay..." Hibana said, a little curiously, as she took the book from Reiko. At first, it seemed completely odd, but when she was a few sentences into the section, it began sounding oddly familiar to what happened with Zero the previous day. She finished the page and studied the image a little longer before looking back up at Reiko. Her expression felt completely blank.

"Reiko, this sounds....almost word for word like how I'd explain what happened yesterday." Turning the book over in her hand, her fingers holding the page, Hibana attempted to read the title of the book. It was an old book, though, and the title was impossible to read. "What does all of this mean?" she asked as she looked back up.

Reiko: that I'm unsure of but I think I the reason has something to do with the story of the abyss I'm not fully sure but if you think about that old legend makes sense and if it truely is word for word then that means we have a good thing but not neccesarily I read a few diffrent pages and one of them states the word abyss a number of times and its underlined everytime if the abyss really exists then if its in this book it must have some connection with zero in some way and also I dont think this is a book at all not a book but a journel look at the handwriting style punctions stary pen marks who would of wrote this book any ideas

The two continued sneaking out naturally, only Koriyama seeming at all nervous. Once they had reached a point where no one would find them he let himself settle down. Her finger pointed to a vehicle which he was grateful to find. He wasted no time getting them both in while speeding off. He knew the moment he left along with Franca that anyone would be on their trail.

"It does seem like it could be a journal, but if so, who knew so much about all of this and how did said person know all of this so well?" Hibana paused for a moment to think and sighed to herself moments later. Nothing could be simple, could it?

"I guess that's not really the important thing to be asking for now, though. For now we should probably find out all we can on the backstory behind the things clearly pointed out here," she said, indicating the book by pointing down at the page with the drawing. "And trying to find out how all of this relates to Zero. I'll make sure to always have him watched over, either by us or Ai. Ai's trustworthy, and asks no questions, so if we tell her that Zero could possibly become...disorientated, or so, and that we need to have someone watching him, she'll help us whenever we can't be there with him."

Reika: well if your sure you can trust Ai then go ahead its not like we no much ourselves so if you think it will help then I should trust you

Zero: ahhhhh great episode YAAAAYYY!!!!! { another episode starts up} uhhh YAY! { he cheers in symmetry with seth and aiko} YAY! { he stares at the tv screen not even looking away}

A condemned looking house was now in front of them. It had been half destroyed already from the demon attack he had orchestrated to happen. Beside him was now the only inhabitant left alive from that incident. It was far enough away the demon wouldn't find it. Her eyes were closed without saying anything at the moment.

"We'll be here for now. Your light will be found soon." The figure stood and followed without opening her eyes. Her hands remaining at her sides.

The path became stronger, beckoning to call anything that had touched the stone.
