Is anyone exited about Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2? I'm starting to get really exited.
I'm pretty sure this guy is a new character: http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/20 ... een017.jpg  he has a brand on his hand (the one not seen) meaning he probably has atma powers

Yep, he's a new playable character all right. Digital Devil Saga is one of the most intelligent, mature stories that has ever graced a console. I've always been a huge fan of the Persona/MegaTen franchises (my second favorite behind Shadow Hearts), and I'm really looking forward to the sequel. RPGamer has quite a bit of droolworthy screens and artwork.

I found a site that said mystery guy's name is something like renold or a name along the lines of that. I just hope I finish the first one, right now I'm stuck at the first two archangles after the Maribel base.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner, or DDS for short is a turn based RPG set in a place called the junkyard where it is always raining. The game starts at ground zero where Serph, Heat, Argilla, Cielo, and Gale of the Embryon tribe have engaged in a battle with the Vanguard tribe. Soon after the fight starts each tribe recieves notification to remove the unidentifyed object in the middle of the field, after the notice the object begins to give off a green glow and shoots a yellow beam at the two tribes. The tribesman transform into demons and continue to fight.

Dude i loved the first one. The second one now you can go hybrid mode. Sweet. I love all the Shin megami series.The art style is really kewl and the battle system is different for a turned based one.
