(OOC: Sorry guys! I don't mean to not post, it's just I've been busy with school lately. But I'm in the last week of my regular school and the course I have to take during the summer is a half credit so hopefully it will not be as long.)
After Sora and Dark Blade had put Lenae between them, the group started walking towards the entrance of the dungeon. As they passed the through the mouth of the cave, a feeling of uneasiness came over Lenae. Her eyes looked around as the group was walking. On the walls there were torches that were lit and were putting off a bright red flame. Though they were bright their light did little to push off the darkness that seemed to be creeping towards the group. As Lenae's pulse quickened, she drew her scythe in a quick fluid motion taking much care to not hit Dark Blade or Sora. Clutching it tightly in her hands, she kept on walking. After a few minutes the runes on the blade of the scythe lit up radiating a eerie green glow. They were casting shadows on the walls.
Lenae noticed this and was curious. She looked at the blade of the scythe and wondered why the runes were lit up. Why are they glowing green? I've seen red and blue, but never green. I wonder...Maybe it's just a bug or something. Lenae thought to herself.
" This place is different than I remember has this area been updated since we last came here Sora?" Lenae said as she tilted her head slightly.
" Well, as of last month CCorp took this area off of the most popular field list. For some reason, players stopped coming here. I don't know why though, I have had no problems when I come here. It's a great place to train." Sora said with a smile.
Lenae has changed though, for one her eyes are no longer baby blue, and since when did she get silver hair? Didn't her hair used to be brown? Sora thought to himself.
" So Lenae, I couldn't help but wonder when did your hair and eye color change? They are different from when I last saw you." Sora said with a questioning tone in his voice.
" Well you see, a month ago, I was...I.....I don't want to talk about it." Lenae said as she shivered and a few tears fell from her eyes.
"Ok, suit yourself." Sora said as the group kept on walking.
I gotta know though, that hair and those crimson/blue eyes are not part of the normal color palette availible to most players. Sora thought to himself.

Message: I know that were right in front of each other, but I just have to ask, What's up with Lenae's Hair and eye color? Also why was she so sad about talking about it?

After Sora sent the pm he noticed something up ahead. It was a monster portal.
Putting out his right arm, Sora stopped. Lenae walked into his arm, and she bounced back a little as a faint blush appeared on her cheeks.
" Monster portal dead ahead! Lenae, stay behind us." Sora said as he took out his katar and got into his battle stance.
Upon the presence of the three of players, the monster portal spun around and glowed and in an instant there was a winged griffin and two enchanted suits of armor in the place of the portal and they all switched to attack mode, and rushed at the group. In a flash, Sora flipped in the air landing in front of the enchanted armors. He then started attacking the both of them moving in a fast pattern trying to fight both of them at once leaving the griffin for Dark Blade to deal with.
Meanwhile.....
Back at the Salvation Base
The Small troll was still working on the barriers, and was through all but the last set of them. " Soon FATE I'll get you!!!" The small troll said with a roar. Those apples are gonna be sweet. The small troll thought to itself with a toothy grin.

((OOC: HUZZAH! Azalan is back! And I know your troubles. My summer courses just started for my college. Luckily it's only 3 days a week cause i'm only takin a few courses. But sheesh Japanese is starting to make my damn head hurt @_@ ... anyway now all we need is for someone to pull Kale out of the bunker hes hiding in and we can REALLy get going lol.))
Dark Blade stood and watched as Sora took on the two knight monsters. As always Sora speed was impressive for a, more or less, normal player. His attention then went to the griffon bounding it's way towards him in a bit of a rage. Before it reached him he quickly moved Lenae over a few feet from where he stood. The griffon leapt and came down square on top of Dark Blade with a resounding thud on the hard floor. After a moment of stillness the monster rose off the floor, only it wasn't the monster standing up, it was Dark Blade lifting it off himself. He threw it with ease several feet away from himself and dusted the dirt on his armor off. "Damn fool monster. I hate it when they do that. Takes me forever to get my armor clean again." He continued to dust himself off as the monster lunged at him again. When it landed though Dark Blade was standing behind it. His speed was incredible. Something a normal person would see as teleportation. And something he hoped Sora had witnessed.
As he contined to to use his overpowering speed to keep the monster distracted he sent Sora a reply to his PM.

Just mentioning that they are a different color depresses her so please try not to say anything about it if you can manage.
As he sent the message to Sora he couldn't help but think of another color that had changed. The runes on Lenae's scythe were green now. And despite his best efforts to come to a awnser as to why they were green now he could not come up with any reason that made sense. If nothing else he could test some theories by watching her in combat.
"Hey Lenae. Would you like to dispose of this one?" He asked as vanished from in front of the monster and reappeared behind it again.

( Well, yesterday I finished my last class that I had to take and I am one my summer one now. I'm taking American History part one. It's good that your doing well though. Japanese is pretty hard. I took spanish last year so I can relate to your pain. A foreigne language can be a pain. Yeah Speaking of Kale, where is he?)
Sora was well into his fight with the two armored knights and managed to impale one of them with his katar killing the monster instantly. The armor of the night shattered and disappeared in a cloud of 1's and 0's. Sora grinned in satisfaction at this and wheeled around to focus solely on the remaining armored knight. It seemed surprised at the fall of it's comrade and it attacked Sora with more force and aggression. Sora hopped backwards doing a flip off a wall and he rammed the knight knocking him over. As he rushed back to his feet, he heard a ping and checked his mail. Seeing it was from Dark Blade Sora opened it quickly.

After Sora sent the pm, he went back to fighting the remaining armored knight.
"Hey Lenae. Would you like to dispose of this one?" He asked as vanished from in front of the monster and reappeared behind it again.
Lenae had been watching the fight from the place that Dark Blade had put her. When Dark Blade asked her if she would like to fight, she happily hopped up from where she had been sitting cross legged on the floor. She picked up her scythe and she ran at the monster. As she ran her speed increased and she swung her scythe at the griffin. It let out a cry as her scythe imbedded itself into the side of the animal. The Griffin tried to shake Lenae loose, but with no avail. Lenae just held onto the scythe the entire time and she managed to put her foot against the side of the animal and using her momentum she pulled the scythe out of it's side.
As she did this, she grinned as she saw the blood running from the griffin's side. She then a few minutes later stopped at the horror of what she had done. The monster's blood had covered her hands and she stood there in shock. As the griffin fell over and disappeared she was shaking.
" What have I done? I killed that griffin and I enjoyed it! What's wrong with me! I know it's just a monster but it felt different that time!" Lenae said as she fell to her knees and started to cry. As she was crying the necklace with the rusty brown infinity symbol around her neck started to get a red glow to it. When Lenae opened her eyes they had turned jet black and their color was as dark as night.
There was also a ripping noise that could be heard and a pair of medium sized black feathered wings came from under her robes. Lenae's hands had changed too her fingernails were replaced by claws that were black like her eyes. Her scythe had also changed it's appearance as well. It looked more evil and it had a skull with red rubies for eyes on it. As she looked at Dark Blade a single crystal colored tear could be seen running down her face. Lenae still wore the grey robes that she had for so long and her skin was still snow white, but now at least in her mind, she resembled a monster more than someone that could be loved.
She then saw the changes that had happened to her in the reflection of the wall.
I'm...a monster. I hope Dark Blade doesn't hate me now. Lenae thought as she saw her reflection. Lenae then crawled over to the other side of the room and she had her back against the wall. Then she put her head in her clawed hands and she started to cry. The scythe of eclipse was leaning at her feet on the floor.

Calcifer is finally satisfied with his mini nova bomb now that it's blue. He bobs over to the troll and taps him on the shoulder. "Hello, you're awful noisy. Would you mind dieing so that I can get back to my nap? As a parting gift you can have this." He hands the now glowing blue fireball to the troll. Cal starts bobbing towards the still standing barrier. The fiery bomb explodes devastatingly as he nears it.

A soft alert tone informed Dark Blade that he had a new message shortly after Lenae had charged at the griffon. As he watched Lenae take on the monster he read the message Sora had sent. 'He isn't going to leave me alone until I give him a real response is he? And I don't want to talk about myself either.' Dark Blade thought to himself. He was about to send a reply to Sora when he saw that Lenae had finished the beast off. He was going to tell her how impressed he was with her technique and speed at felling the griffon until he heard her talking and she fell to her knees and started to cry. Dark Blade became very worried and started towards her but stopped when he saw her eyes and wings sprouting from her back. Followed shortly by the transforming of her hands as well. He stood there in utter shock not sure what to make of what he had just witnessed.
He saw watched as Lenae quickly crawled over to the other side of the room. Immediatly he felt ashamed of himself for just standing there like an idiot and staring at her, instead of going to see why her appearance had undertaken such a violent and sudden change. Gathering his wits about himself he rushed over to where Lenae had curled herself up on the floor. Dark Blade knelt down in front of Lenae careful not to do anything that might upset her. "Hello little one." He got no response but continued anyway. "You know ... Your wings are very beautiful. I suppose I can teach you how to fly now. You know it's not nearly as easy as you would think. I ended up crashing when I first started learning." He was joking around so he could get Lenae to respond to him and also to stop crying.
After a moment a thought came to him. "You know how I sometimes change my appearance? What if I told you my current form isn't what I really look like. Here watch this." He held out his right arm and removed his right gauntlet. As he pulled it off, his hand looked like a normal human hand, until he reached his fingers that is. Instead of fingelnails he had sharp talons "The armor I wear is kind of like a firewall program. It was made by Diamond and Obsidian, it keeps me and those around me safe by containing and controling the flow of the darkness in me. My real form has too much power for me to control it completly. I would most likely go beserk and attack without preamble." Praying she wouldn't withdraw her hand Dark Blade held her left, now clawed hand, in his right hand. "See Lenae? Your hand and my hand look alot alike don't they? Please little one, stop crying and talk to me. Your tearing my heart out by sitting here crying silently."
((And yet another secret about Dark Blade is partially revealed. What happens and/or what does he look like without his armor to control him? Why can't he control his own power? Does something sinister lurk in the darkness he uses as his source of power? Or does that dark thing simply want to come out now and then to "say hello"? Will we find out soon? Will it happen in the very dungeon he walks in now? More likely than not we will all know the awnsers to these questions before Dark Blade and Lenae leave the area. And maybe another secret or two about how Dark Blade came to possess the power of darkness in the first place. Tune in next time and find out! (yeah I know corny lol)))

He tears and the blood of the griffin had mixed together and the blood was all over her face and tears were still running down her face coming like tap water from her eyes.
"You know ... Your wings are very beautiful. I suppose I can teach you how to fly now. You know it's not nearly as easy as you would think. I ended up crashing when I first started learning."
Lenae giggled when Dark Blade mentioned about crashing when learning to fly. Lenae blushed slightly when he complimented her wings but her gaze gradually traveled to the ground. " I'm glad that you find my wings pretty but...they make me feel..like a monster." Lenae said with a shiver.
"You know how I sometimes change my appearance? What if I told you my current form isn't what I really look like. Here watch this." He held out his right arm and removed his right gauntlet. As he pulled it off, his hand looked like a normal human hand, until he reached his fingers that is. Instead of fingelnails he had sharp talons
Lenae looked at Dark Blade's taloned hand. Seeing that she was not the only one who was different made her feel slightly at ease and by looking at her you could tell that she looked relaxed some. Closing her eyes she let out a sigh.
Praying she wouldn't withdraw her hand Dark Blade held her left, now clawed hand, in his right hand. "See Lenae? Your hand and my hand look alot alike don't they? Please little one, stop crying and talk to me. Your tearing my heart out by sitting here crying silently."
Lenae opened her eyes when Darkblade took left clawed hand. She started to withdraw it but when Dark Blade held her hand in his they fit perfectly together. Lenae was surprised at the symmetry of both of their hands.
Feeling confident with herself Lenae replied. Her tears stopped and the last ones landed in the puddle that was the rest of the tears that she had cried while she had been on the floor.
" I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you, I was just scared of the feeling that came over me when I was fighting that griffin. Normally when I fight monsters I don't get excited or anything I just fight. But this time as the fight went on I felt myself enjoying it, and when I drove my scythe into the side of that poor griffin I enjoyed it.
When I pulled the scythe's blade out of that poor creature I loved it and when the griffin's blood covered my hands for a few minutes a feeling of pure ecstacy filled my body. During the fight it felt like something awoke inside of me. Then these changes happened to me! my eyes, my hands and these wings! Am I....evil Dark Blade? If you don't want to be around me anymore...I...understand." Lenae said with a frown. Then a few minutes later she turned her face away.
With a swift slash Sora killed the second armored knight that he had chosen to fight and he smiled. Then he did a flip and landed beside Dark Blade and Lenae. Sora was shocked when he saw the changes that had happened to Lenae's appearance. Sora then sat down on the other side of Lenae and he touched her shoulder. " Is there anything that I can do to help Lenae? Why do you look like a monster?" Sora said with a shocked look in his eyes.
Lenae saw how Sora looked at her and she let out a cry. It was one of sadness and she started to cry again. The glow around her inifnity symbol on her necklace then went bright red and it could clearly be seen around the edges of the pendant. As Lenae cried the glow got brighter, and brighter.
" I am not a monster Sora!!!" Lenae said with a scream.
Meanwhile...Back at the salvation base.
The small troll let out a cry of surprise as it was handed the mini nova bomb. It spent it's last few minutes pondering what the ball of fire was and throwing it from hand to hand the small troll was still curious as the weapon went off anihalting the small troll and his body.
Alyia then scowled and stomped her foot in anger. She was not happy that Calcifer had managed to get rid of her minion that she had sent to the Salavation Base. No, she was not happy at all.
Hey, at least I have alot of apples to bake pies with. Alyia thought to herself with a grin.

During the fight it felt like something awoke inside of me. Then these changes happened to me! my eyes, my hands and these wings! Am I....evil Dark Blade? If you don't want to be around me anymore...I...understand." Lenae said with a frown. Then a few minutes later she turned her face away.
With a swift slash Sora killed the second armored knight that he had chosen to fight and he smiled. Then he did a flip and landed beside Dark Blade and Lenae. Sora was shocked when he saw the changes that had happened to Lenae's appearance. Sora then sat down on the other side of Lenae and he touched her shoulder. " Is there anything that I can do to help Lenae? Why do you look like a monster?" Sora said with a shocked look in his eyes.
Lenae saw how Sora looked at her and she let out a cry. It was one of sadness and she started to cry again. The glow around her inifnity symbol on her necklace then went bright red and it could clearly be seen around the edges of the pendant. As Lenae cried the glow got brighter, and brighter.
" I am not a monster Sora!!!" Lenae said with a scream.
Meanwhile...Back at the salvation base.
The small troll let out a cry of surprise as it was handed the mini nova bomb. It spent it's last few minutes pondering what the ball of fire was and throwing it from hand to hand the small troll was still curious as the weapon went off anihalting the small troll and his body.
Alyia then scowled and stomped her foot in anger. She was not happy that Calcifer had managed to get rid of her minion that she had sent to the Salavation Base. No, she was not happy at all.
Hey, at least I have alot of apples to bake pies with. Alyia thought to herself with a grin.

That fool! After he had managed to get Lenae to calm down Sora just had to upset her again. And this time it was obviously a bad thing. Anything dealing with that necklace was a sign of Morganna's power manifesting. And that was the last thing anyone, especially Sora, wanted aimed at them. Dark Blade made a snap judgement call and grabbed Sora by the throat, lifting him off the floor. Hoping against hope that this would ease Lenae's anger. "SORA!! How DARE you insult Lenae like that!!" Despite trying to make sure Lenae didn't do anything hasty he was completly outraged that anyone would insult someone he was close to. "You want to see a monster?! I'll show you what a monster looks like!" His eyes began to glow red and a demonic looking tail slipped out from under the armor around his waist. Some black feathers came off his wing revealing leathery skin.
"You WILL apologise to Lenae this instant!" That dark thing inside spoke in his mind again. 'Thats right. Let the darkness control you. Nothing can stand in our way.' The armor on his left shoulder cracked, the sound snapping Dark Blade out of his enthrallment. Still holding Sora in his tight grip he tossed the other player to the ground. With his hand free he used it to cover the crack and the dark mist leaking out of the crack. A soft white glow came from his right palm over the damaged part of his armor. When he removed his hand the armor was fixed and no more dark mist was comming out. Dark Blade realized that his tail had come uncurled from around his waist so he quickly pulled it back under his armor. He could feel the bare spot on his wing but paid it no mind. The feathers would grow back and cover the spot back up in a few hours.
He turned and looked at Lenae. "I do not appreciate anyone making rude comments to someone I l--- .... Someone that is my friend."

Jot looked back one last time at Zach who as becoming weary, He stepped into the gate, hoping that it would be right there, to finish this as quickly as possible. But no. The trio suddenly appeared in this room. "where are we Jot?" asked Riku. "I have no idea. This must be what's on the other side." said Jot lookign around. It was a big empty room. It was dark, but there was a faint light in the distance. "What is that?" asked Riku walking towards it. "Stop, we need to stay together. If anything happens, we'll be quick to react. They all walked together towards the faint light, as it became stronger and stronger. Finally they reached it. "It looks like and exit" said Riku. "Let go through it I say. " "I agree" said Clea. "Well I guess I can't talk you two out of it.
Jot, Riku,a dn Clea all walked through another door/exit, to suddenly appear in the Hulle Grahnz Cathedral, or what seemed to be. "What the?!?" said Jot. "There's something wrong with this," said Clea."it's almost........scary. This place used to bring peace and serenity to those who came, now it brings overwhelming anguish and sufer for some reason" There was a silence. "There's a reason why Clea," said Jot before pointing to the front of the cathedral."there's no Aura here."
"That's because you're not in [The World] anymore" said Jot, or what seemed to be Jot. "Who are you?!" said the original Jot." And what do you want?" Hey Hey Hey, don't come barging into my world then asking me all these questions I should be asking you. Why are you here?" said the other Jot. "But since you asked first, politely or not, I am what others call me, Azure Jakal of Twilight, or Azure Jot for short." The figure came out of the shadows. A. Jot looked exactly like Jot, but only zombie like and stitched together ((kinda what Azure Kite is to kite, but in appearance)). "What are you?" asked Riku with a frightened face on his face. 2 more figures came out, each zombie like sticked up figure of Riku and Clea. "I think you know who we are" said Azure Clea.
"Now," said A.Jot" will you kindly tell us why you are here" Jot stepped up. "We are here for Nemfora's Staff" said Jot. "Now you you kindly tell us where it is" AJ, AR, and AC all started to laugh maniacally "You'd really think we'd tell you that easily, we, with 6 other more, are the guardians of the Staff, if you want it, you have to go through us first. " Suddenly before Jot, Riku, or even Clean could realize it, the Azures were attacking. "Now die!" said AR, attacking Riku. "Dammit it Jot, I need your help!" said Riku falling back. "I have my hands busy with my own problem!" said Jot guarding AJ attacks. "AH!" screamed Clea while being struck by AC weapon. "Clea hold on a little longer, there has to be a way to defeat them!" Jot parried AJ, his equal. They were the same in every way ((when it came to fighting)). "You will wish you never logged into [The World]!" said AR before knocking Zach down. "Repht!" said Clea before being struck by Ac. "Damn, damn , damn damn!" Jot suddenly found himself in his own mind.
"where am I..I...I..I..." echoed Jot's voice. He looked around and it was pitch black. "I guess I must have died...Azure Jot defeated me....and there was nothing I could do about it.......damn it all!" it seemed like forever Jot was in the darkness. Suddenly, a faint light appeared in the darkness. It was a shiny light, it reminded Jot of the 1st time he saw Aura. He remembered the serenity and peace i mind he had, and he started to have that feeling again. There she was, but it wasn't here, it was like a memory of her that Jot had. "I know what to do know..." said Jot. "Ah!!!" screamed AJ before being struck by Jot this time. "Now, Zach and Clea, use all the strength you have left and knock the Azures over there!" said Jot pointing to the middle of the cathedral. "You got it!" said Riku knocking AZ back. Clea had done the same"I see what you're doing Jot!" said Clea casting a spell that slowed the Azure down. "Good" replied Jot. "Now!" said Jot while the Twilight Bracelet opened as Jot got ready to say his favorite words. "DATA DRAIN!!!!!" The bracelet shot a beam of light that was about to hit the Azure, before AJ shouted "Data Drain!" and he suddenly shot a beam of darkness at Jot's data drain. "Damn!". The 2 beam struggled against each other, and AJ's was overpowering Jot's. "Heh, you really think you can pull that trick on me? I am you!" shouted AJ like a maniac. "You really think you're anything like Jot?" said Clea. "He's nothing like you!" shouted Riku. "See Azure Jot, the thing is, we are the true Jot, Clea, and Riku, and that will not let you stop us. "Well well, Ill just have to make you loose that faith...2181 Data Drain!" Suddenly, AJ beam grew in size and was rapidly shoving Jot beam back. "Goodbye Azure Jot. DRAIN HEART!!!!!!" There was a a bright flash, brighter than the sun. It was over.

"Have more of these guys shown up since I started?" Zack looks about himself and indeed there were more of them and he had been doing well; in fact he was certain he had defeated at least all of the original group that had been there and maybe even double that, but he still had his limits,after all, and was nearing them. He had used up all of his SP by now and he had lost a good deal of health. A blade comes at him from above and he catches with his left hand, another from his right with similar results, and another swings at his legs which he blocks with his right shinguard, finally one of them comes at him low and from behind. He allows himself to fall backwards, narrowly avoiding getting sliced in half as the rear attacker cuts two of his prior assailants in half. He rolls out of the way of a spell and begins scurrying around on all fours, losing his sandals in the process. Eventually he vaults over several AI, landing on top of one that had just tried to get through the archway. But another one swats him to the side sending him crashing into the thick wooden door.
I wonder what would it be like, to die. Thinks he to himself as the mob begins to descend upon him. It might even be an interesting experience, but I'm not quite ready for the finale, "not yet." He staggers to his feet and readies for the next round. Certain that it could very well be his last. "I'm not gonna let myself be killed by the likes of you." He then looks to the doorway and notices the thread. That just might do the trick, it worked before thinks he just before rolling out of the way of an attack, and tossing the ruby between the arches. He grips the two halves of the door and slams it shut. Grabbing the thread he drapes it over the handles as he is simultaneously stabbed multiple times and the effects of the thread hit him. One last thought crosses his mind as all warmth begins to flow out of his body. At least the others are safe.
Nothung feels a sharp chilling pain in his left wrist. "Why are you being so troublesome as of late?" Whispers he. The nearby monster looks to him, but the knight just waves his hand dismissively.
Torch and Calcifer both feel a chill run through them. "He couldn't have." The two whisper in unison. Calcifer sets down on FATE's head, but he does not go to sleep. His flames die down considerably as he tries to convince himself otherwise of what he already knows. Torch's joking tone disappears and his flame dims as the ruby clatters to the stone floor of the cathedral.

At the sight of Sora being lifted off the floor by Dark Blade Lenae's crying stopped and she grinned watching Sora struggle and writhe trying to get out of Dark Blade's grip. Lenae felt it again that feeling when she killed the griffon. For some reason she was enjoying the suffering of others. Lenae's pulse quickened just watching what was unfolding before her. Why am I....enjoying this? Is this wrong? Lenae thought to herself.

Lenae laughed when Sora was finally thrown to the ground. Lenae clapped her hands in approval. After that she got up and was then disturbed when she saw all the changes that had occured to Dark Blade. Lenae wondered if she had caused any of it. Her necklace was now completely red and it was starting to affect her. A bright red aura surrounded Lenae and she slowly levitated into the air she then lunged towards Sora slashing him with her new claws. Slash after slash blood flew out of Sora's body and after a few minutes he lay there barely moving. Smiling Lenae then turned to Dark Blade.

" Thank you. It was wrong of him to insult me. Give him a couple of minutes and he'll wake up." Lenae said with a smile.
it was then that Lenae hovered back the ground and her infinity symbol on her necklace faded back to it's rusty brown color. The red aura disappeared from around Lenae and her 'claws' had gotten shorter and her fingernails were now black and pointy on the ends of them.
" I'm sorry if I knocked out Sora. I didn't mean to over do it." Lenae said as a light blush rose to her face. She then moved her wings to see what if felt like. They were still there. Black and feathery as ever.

Dark Blade snorted at Sora laying on the ground. Dark Blade reached behind his back and withdrew a pair of blades. "At least these will keep him from being too upset." He set them down on Sora's chest. "Platinum blades. Not powerful or any special effects, but they are rare and quite valuable. If a certain NPC is still present on Omega server Sora can trade these in for an item to give him a boost of five character levels." Dark Blade sighed and rubbed his eyes. He was slightly weary from his mental battle with the darkness within himself. He sighed once again and turned to Lenae. He made note of her appearance. "Don't worry Lenae you didn't overdo it. Trust me when I say I am aware of what inner darkness is capable of. I have witnessed it firsthand and this is nothing by comparison." Dark Blade's voice was strained when he spoke those words. Like he was telling Lenae more than what he said out loud.
He watched as she moved her wings, testing them out he assumed to himself. Dark Blade knelt down and gently held Lenae's right hand and smiled. "I see I am not the only shapeshifter. Maybe You can change your form like I can. But I suppose thats an experiment for another time." He stood up and grabbed hold of both of her hands tightly, a mischivious grin on his face. "First though. I think you need to learn how to fly. And seeing as how sora will be out for a bit we have a couple of moments to teach you some of the basics." His grin broadened as he extended his wings and gave one strong flap of them lifter both Lenae and himself into the air in the middle of the room. He was thankful it had a high ceiling and was large so Lenae would have ample room to try out her new wings and not worry too much about hitting a wall like he had done when he was learning. Plus he was there should she need help so there was honestly nothing that could happen.
Dark Blade was holding her against his chest just tight enough so Lenae wouldn't fall but not so tight that he hurt her. He looked down into her face and grinned like a chesshire cat. "Well you have two options little one. Option one; we just stay like this until sora wakes up and we continue on. Or option two; I let you go and you show me a beautiful flight with your new wings. And don't worry I wont let you hit the ground. I am far too fast to allow that to happen. But before you say anything about which option you choose you should know a couple of things. First and foremost is that hovering in place is harder than it looks, you will most likely slowly spin in place until you get the hang of it. Dark Blade snorted at Sora laying on the ground. Dark Blade reached behind his back and withdrew a pair of blades. "At least these will keep him from being too upset." He set them down on Sora's chest. "Platinum blades. Not powerful or any special effects, but they are rare and quite valuable. If a certain NPC is still present on Omega server Sora can trade these in for an item to give him a boost of five character levels." Dark Blade sighed and rubbed his eyes. He was slightly weary from his mental battle with the darkness within himself. He sighed once again and turned to Lenae. He made note of her appearance. "Don't worry Lenae you didn't overdo it. Trust me when I say I am aware of what inner darkness is capable of. I have witnessed it firsthand and this is nothing by comparison." Dark Blade's voice was strained when he spoke those words. Like he was telling Lenae more than what he said out loud.
He watched as she moved her wings, testing them out he assumed to himself. Dark Blade knelt down and gently held Lenae's right hand and smiled. "I see I am not the only shapeshifter. Maybe You can change your form like I can. But I suppose thats an experiment for another time." He stood up and grabbed hold of both of her hands tightly, a mischivious grin on his face. "First though. I think you need to learn how to fly. And seeing as how sora will be out for a bit we have a couple of moments to teach you some of the basics." His grin broadened as he extended his wings and gave one strong flap of them lifter both Lenae and himself into the air in the middle of the room. He was thankful it had a high ceiling and was large so Lenae would have ample room to try out her new wings and not worry too much about hitting a wall like he had done when he was learning. Plus he was there should she need help so there was honestly nothing that could happen.

((Well I took you up on that idea Lycoris and I must say ... I am sorta amazed at how great this story is in it's entirety. You can see real character progression throughout the whole thing, not just big leaps in moods/actions/events. Although, there are a few things I made my character able to do that I havn't had him do in a good while. Maybe it's time to do those things again ^_^ And one last thing. The way we have written the story people could still join in the story. I say we go recruiting lol.))
