To me their relationship seemed rather undefined. But either way, if there was a canonical pairing, that would be it.

If memory serves me correctly, neither Shino nor Haseo desire a relationship with one another. Alkaid...well...im not entirely sure about that.

Haseo is the Hero. Heroes should never get married/ paired cause that can create a hindrance on thier power.
