no, sure didn't, and that seems WAY too easy to be any kind of fun.

Doing such a thing just doesn't seem like any fun to me. Games require a challenge, don't they? :]

Yes, but that's not the point; LV. 35 allows you to see most of Rebirth's tale really easily. .hack is far more about story than gameplay, and an option like this kinda proves it.DualBlade Aiden wrote:no, sure didn't, and that seems WAY too easy to be any kind of fun.
Re: vol 2 flagdata for vol 1
it would be great that the game:
turns more diffcult
you can use Haseo 3rd
you can party with everyone (vol1 n vol2)
you have every item of vol2
blabla

i played with that for an hour, seemed like a nifty thing for speed-playing.

Re: vol 2 flagdata for vol 1
Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but how do I do this? I wanted to try it, because I just picked up my copy of volume 1 again with the intent of kind of speeding through it and volume 2 as a kind of refresher course before volume 3 comes out. Data flags from both volume 1 and volume 2 are on my memory card (or rather, on the PS3's internal memory card, but you get the idea). Under convert, it only lists the old .hack games (Infection through Quarantine), and under load game, it shows two files that I assume must both be from volume 1, because they're both at level 50. How do I convert my volume 2 data flag to volume 1?
Edit: Okay, I feel stupid now, since it was right under my nose. For anyone who comes across this asking the same question, simply start a new game in volume 1, and it'll detect the volume 2 clear data on your memory card, and ask if you want to start at a higher level.

Yeah but in the long run it doesn't help you cause I did that and got to the end and my party was me at 49 but since I didn't level up at all basically till the end of the game both pi and kuhn were at level 39...maybe a glitch I don't know. But really I see no point other than you just want to speed play which I could agree doing. The whole conversation with all of them at the shop for the first time is just great especially when atoli shows up and haseo makes that face.
