Thats an Outer Dungeon,  When you beat Sakaki, he falls through avatar space, landing in an Outer Dungeon, where the azure knights finish him off

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think thats it.

If I remember correctly, you can access those type of areas via glitches in areas represented by isolated patches of visual distortion. I'm guessing they serve as small sub-dungeons and feature their own 'Outer Monsters' from the magazine scan introducing the event.

That's how they work, the monsters are called "Outer Bugs" though.

Thanks for clearing that up, Kuukai.

Um, nope. I'd say check the official Japanese site's GameSystem tab, but the entire section is dominated by the Xth Form. I'm pretty sure I saw the article on this website, though. Ask around and see if you can find it.

Does anyone know how those levels are set up. Like a field, vertical or horizontal dungeon. Or some other crazy-ass dimention :vom:

I dont think they are as big as fields, just a small room with the mest up monsters, as soon as you kill then you leave. Thats a guess.

Will there be chances to go back after you beat the game? Or is it like AIDA, you can only fight it during the story, no random encounters (i have never used that word) in dungeons.

Like how you can get to Moon Tree HQ from the Lost Ground with all the lava (whatever its called) even after its use in the story. It has no use (to my knowlege) but its still there just because its cool.
