Kite, Blackrose, and Sanjuro can easily kick any GU character's ass! Much better skills, weapons and armor make up some of it, but Kite can use Data Drain when he wants to! Or he can use Drain Heart and Data Drain everybody at once. Haseo's freakin Avatar isn't a match for that, and Kite doesn't even need to change to use DD! Kite could wipe Haseo and Co. out with one skill in all!

Haseo got Skeith avatar, many forms,  hacked form also, and support from admin
But Kite only use his bracelet to defeat skeith, and also defected by the admin
i think, Kite is most powerful... since actually he's an innocent boy who defeated eight phases
Kite is only 14 when he defeated the phases
haseo is 17 when he struggle for AIDA, shino, etc

i prefer kite

flick reaper vs heavy axeman, i prefer flick bcoz they're more agile... and more range...

This entire topic is stupid.

The Infinty Eight had avatars which could easily kill anybody but Kite, and due to the difference in level cap (99 in IMOQ and 150 in G.U.) a good estimate couldn't be found. Any fights between 2 characters (e.g. Balmung vs. Silabus) will be won directly by fandom (e.g. Balmung > Silibus) and no one will give a damn on how they actually fight or what they might do.

I must agree with GoZero. It's a nice concept, comparing your favorite characters and such, but seriously, R2 people would pwn all of IMOQ, except for Kite and Helba. Lios+Balmung's administrative powers wouldn't count because they have to be authorized and crap. Also- admins seem to do nothing but eat cheetos and be ominous in GU.

Even at the same level, the whole weapon system + skills in R2 would >>>>>R1, ONLY because everything is more powerful in GU, even at the same level. Also, you have to take into account- would this be like IMOQ/GU, or like The World/R2. The actual game would play much different than the console games, mostly due to menu's and timing.

Anyways, fandom-wise, I choose IMOQ over everything GU. Especially Elk ><.

Don't forget huge variety of (customizable) skills (ESPECIALLY being able to use magic, both physical and healing, for each class), the bracelet, and drain heart.

Data drain vs divine awakening I'd say Divine awakening it's safer, Data drain could lvl you down or kill you in one hit if your not careful..

so i think they are both great ^^ they should have the old cast playable in gu, >> should be what the data flag is for anyways.

Actually,Kite would have to protect break Haseo,and in that time Haseo could turn into Skeith and one-hit Kite and his party.

...okay, give all old R:1 chars an upgrade, give them gu weapons, etc. Now how do they fair? & please stop talking about abilities after gu vol 1, & Outbreak, I haven't gotten gu vol 2 yet, & can't find Quarantine to beat the R:1 series...
