From the Japanese Redemption credits. Her character's name is Ina for sure. And I've never seen the Perfect Guidebook, but I think her real name is written in Romaji in there somewhere, but I could be/am probably wrong.
Thing is, I actually heard Haseo call her "Aina" also. So I'm thinking it's a typo in the credits (I've seen Japanese sites romanji her name to "Aina") or everyone just calls her by her real name and no one cares about her character name. And if her IRL name were "Ina", wouldn't it be pronounced "ee-nah"?
Kuukai got the name "Ina" from the game credits. Her name was written as "AIna" when referring to her offline self. It's that simple. :/
And Persongus, .hack//Wiki is *NOT* Wikipedia If there was any mistake like you're impyling, it would've been fixed long ago. We pay much more attention to the articles than the .hack articles get on Wikipedia.
