Why won't the monk let me join the Blades? My friend told me to get my bounty to 0, but he still won't. Then my friend was able to do it!!! I think I made him mad by trying to pickpocket him... is that it? Help, por favor.

I know , when you get to Cloud Ruler temple. But I guess I was supposed to talk to him, but didn't, and then I tried to talk to him, and he didn't say anything about it.
