it wasn't easy but I got all the items and beat all four games.

i beat them all and i got up to level 99 or so but i did beat them except i didnt do all the side quests (the item hunt, grunty racing etc. lol)

Same here, beat all 4, uploaded all data flags as the series went on, maxed out all charas, got all the rare items/weapons etc, but didn't bother with the Item Quest. That was the only thing keeping me from an official "100%" completion, so bleh.
