......I still cant decide, I made a comic of Dante and Balmung fighting thats why I made this topic cuz its like really long and no one has seem to win in the comic.....its a never ending fight

Well, Balmung could fly away in battle but Dante could shoot him down

Dante in DMC2? .. he wouldn't even waste his time on Balmung sorry to say but he could 1 hit Balmung.

Dante can take out a Monster as big as a sky scraper ...

That's probably why he made this into a separate topic.

I think Dante would win, both in combat and coolness factor. And yeah, Dante's High Time was mentioned above. There's very little Balmung can say to that (especially since he doesn't speak in the first place).
