Here's a question.. does it seem to anyone that the avatar battles has been changed subtly? I meant.. is when you get your protect barrier broken.. didn't the first one have you continue fighting, except that you couldn't attack until it returned.. or was that my imagination?

Anyways.. is anyone gotta do level battle? where you fight a boss at different level and see how easier or harder it is?

Champion Fight
--------------------
Once you have reached Rank 1 (you'll be there soon enough, have faith) you have the chance to challenege the Champion. The Champion is none other than everyone's favorite midget Gaspard. Here is Gaspard's deck:

<I dont remember what his deck was anymore. And I can't fight him again to find out. Once someone can write it down then they can add a better choice of cards to beat him with than what I have. Multiple people need to do this to see if he always uses the same deck against you.>

Here is the deck I used to beat him, this is by no means the only choice:

1st card: Bland Self (No. 75)
2nd card: Impenetrable Barrier (No. 65)
3rd card: Order Upheld (No. 76)
General: Endurance the Exquisite (No. 20)

I do not know if the player receives a card for reaching rank 1. It would seem obvious that they would, but since I'm already Champion I have no way to know. Let me know if there are any problems with this.

I created an account on here just for this purpose, at least I know I can contribute something. When I fought Gaspard for the third time (third play through, had forgotten what he held the first two times) his deck was as follows:

No you can buy it from the Guards Guild shop in Dol Dona it will even be a +5 version of it.

*There will be specil doors called talking doors in this gungeon,which will each ask three questions.

*Being level 54+ will give you an advantage over the monsters here,but bring smoke screens if you want to avoid them.
I will cover directions as if the monsters didn't exist.


*Just follow the path I set,and go.

Accept the quest and start in the dungeon.


Floor 1)
The first direction I will give you are :left on room,left one room,open the chim door here,up,left,up,right,up.
You will now be at door one,and the first three questions.

New directions: Go left,open the chim door,use the teleporter,left again,then you will get to a cutscene.

The cutscene:

Silabus and Gaspard talk about how they met Haseo,and how they didn't beleive he was "The Terror of Death".
Haseo snaps at them,and they apologise,and yet,it's obvious that Haseo is annoyed now.

New directions:Down,Down,right,then up,then you will be at talking door number 2/3.


Talking door:

"The elves infuriated the gods,and had their powers removed and their appearance changed.
What were the elves transformed into?"
Answer-1)Beastmen.

"What race did Sol,god of creation,create using the power from the elves?"
Answer-1)Grunties

"There was a race that was jelous of the grunties wonderful power and wisedom.
What race was it?"
Answer-2)Humans.


New directions)Up,use the teleporter,then left.
Then go down to the next floor.


Floor 2)  
directions:Go right,activate and use the northern teleporter,then go left,left again,and you'll be at the final door.


Talking door:

"The humans that envied the Grunties spoke the cursed words that had been placed on them and changed them into something ugly."
What is the name of that creature?

Floor 3)
Go right,then you'll get a cutscene.

Silabus and Gaspard talk about when Haseo became guild master,and laugh about "Shop Acorn".
Haseo gets frustrated at them when they bring up Atoli,and he snaps at them again.
He says they are not useful for anything except for talking,and leaves them behind.
As Haseo walks away,Silabus notes that Haso is to independant,and he needs to realized he has friends around him.

Directions)right,down,right,open the chim door,right,anf your in the final room....in a way.


Final Room....in a way)
Haseo finds the beast statue trasure chest,and the end of the quest,but dosn't open it.
He hears a voice from a quest recording,and starts to reflect on how he always leaves everyimportant behind.
HE remembers what Alkaid said about how he looks out for his friends.
The he rememebrs what Atoli said in Vol 1,about stopping to look at your surroundings,and take it all in.
Then he remembers what Silabus has said about Haseo having leadership skills.
He calls himse;f an idiot,and choses to move forward with friends instead of alone.'


Drections)Backtrack to where you left Silabus and Gaspard,then after the cut scene go back to the final room.

I've left the last few cutscene out,so that you can experience them for yourself.
Reflecting,I know it made me feel good to see Haseoopen up.

After this,you will get to see Video # 7,3rd Form,as well as aquiring 1000exp,your sythe skill,3 skills for it,and the starting level 51 sythe.
The regenerated "Terror of Death. is yours to control.

Official reward list)
Job Extention-Flixk Reaper.
1000 exp(don't work at level 100,and you go to 999/1000)
Move #7,3rd form(Must be unlocked via ryu books)

There are several fights near the start that had them for me so walk around a little and if you don't see any try again.

For Lei Ziger try

As for Dark Leaf try

(Theta) Confusing Maiden's Rash Action

There are 3 barrels near the start and I got them alot from these. One warning one of the barrels is near a fight but it can be avoided usually. If you don't get one on your first visit give it a couple tries I got one on all 3 trips I tried but I just don't know with yout game

I've been goofing around with the character mods and getting stats for the characters so it wouldn't be too hard(Stats as in damage for skills, time limit for buffs, debuffs and status effects, character's pros and cons). Well, even if he started vol.3. guide, unless he translates from the JAP import, the only section that remains unchanged from vol.2 is the lucky animal list.(Actually there is, its just the difference in the extent of the effects)
However, if all wanted some info in the vol.3 guide, i can prepare vol.3. bike missions guide, and a brief requirement in the levels of Forest of Pain. If I have the time, i think i can put up a list for the virus cores exchange section.
