well, its a hard oath to keep, but if you're a video game addict like me, i don't care if i get fired or hurt to uphold it.

Maybe you'll start caring when you enter the real world, and your 5 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year oath is causing you to go into academic probation once you hit college. Then, you lose your financial aid, because your GPA starts getting too low, because you're playing video games when you're not in class. Then, you have to withdraw from college, because you can't come up with any student loans, because you don't have financial aid anymore. Then, you drop out of college. Then, you have bills and loans stacked up, which you'll have to start paying in six months, for the college out of which you failed, because you spent too much time playing video games. Then, you'll be working 40+ hours a week of slave labor to pay back the college loans that never served their purpose.

Once you pay all that off, by, say, age 30 or so, you can try to start your life again by working little above minimum wage jobs. BUT WAIT! You skipped work to buy that much anticipated video game, so you get canned. Well, there's always McDonald's. At least you stuck to your oath, though!

Hehe reminds me of so much of Welcome to the NHK XD. In the end if you want to eat and play, you have to work.

I agree with Maromi. Theres more to life then video games.
