As soon as they are able to move, who's to say they won't be messaged by Adam and join him to defeat us? Besides, if you only want those from the LOCKED incident to be a part of this, then Rein and I may as well just log out now. After all, it's like you said, they are children. I am NOT Shadow. (by the way, when I mentioned the whole "email" thing, I was using a reference to a movie I'd seen once. Their computer had kept slowing down due to the mass amount of incoming emails, rooting and cheering them on. In the end, one of the main character's 'nerd' friends just set the emails to automatically forward to their enemy, slowing him down drastically until he was almost at a complete stand-still. Then they defeated him with one final blow. It was that lousy Digimon movie I'd seen back when I was younger, during the first half of it.)

She stood, breathing heavily for a moment, then put her hands on her hips indignantly, "We ARE involved! Us and Chaos both got these freaky weapons too! If they didn't have a use- if we didn't have a use, then why do we have them?!"
"... We just want to help, Uraki-san." Rin murmered, speaking to the person she admired most.

Ao turned his head and scanned his allies. For the most part, it seemed that battle hadn't took much, if any, energy from any of them... Maybe exluding Apple. Even he seemed to be gaining his second wind now.

Nop Friends would abondon a person in this miserable hell of a game, leave them alone like this! How else was there to survive...Eve...kept tempting him and asking him to help her....Of course the rejection was obvious, and yet..Adam..He..had whispered that one thing..

Adam had smirked, opening his eyes back to the reality that was the game and the Throne had was still sitting upon. A dream, as close as an AI can get to see, he wasn't AI any longer actually. He had other issues to handle, being the most annoying ones was the selfish demands of humans that had emailed him to the point where he was getting thousands per minute, of course he was executing every one of them within seconds to each message received.

Humans were easy to please, it was all selfish wishes and desires. And forum topics were appearing about the God of 'The World' claiming that he was it, he was granting every wish and that any player can give the email to anybody else. Hikaru may have prevented the spread of his emails..but that doesn't stop any other person from getting it from their friends by requests. He was getting more supporters and more computers that got infected due to the virus. He was already getting into credit cards and into things that most people didn't even know, he was already in the government's computer and the stock market, he was controlling and infecting at a faster pace than Hikaru can iamgine. She was looking at the small picture that was the game and emails, the real issue was the world itself and reality that he was taking over. He was humming Beethoven as hard as it was to believe, having done the 5th Symphony. " If Music be the fruit of love...then Beethoven has truly taken a bite of that apple and tapped into music, such an art.. " He had said as he outstretched his hand and a wand had appeared, him having stood up as he tapped it on his other hand and then raised both his hands as he swung them and started to grant more wishes and get deeper into the world's technology.
He had swung his right hand up having jsut increased the funding for a school and then swung his hand down stopping murderers and killers from getting medical support as their items had stopped working and the air conditioning and cells that they were in had sudddenly shocked them or sent out poisonous gas. Having then swung his hand across and out to his side, Economy over the world was changing. More Emails being sent by his supporters as this was turning into an epidemnic and websites were catching on fast, having several named after the God that was serving them all. " That's it...the New World I envisioned is being Born. " He had whispered, having giggled as he was doing his Symphony of Rebirth, having not cared at Eve's little love with Mada, the computer world can only go so far..The World and niverse was something that would never end....everything would be Adam's! He would the new King of Humans and the God that all had wanted and seen as he is now. He had seen the big picture, and it was out of this digital prison!

((Ugh! Stupid exams! Havn't been able to get on much because of those damned things. Well anyways, tommarow I won't be able to get on at all because I have a piano recital to attend at BrownsVille, but I'll try to get on ASAP after that. :3 ))

Glace watched as everyone tried to come up with a plan, trying to stop Adam and his new trick of sending e-mails to other players. Although none of them knew what Adam's true intentions were, they knew they weren't good.
Hikaru had already activated a program named "Locked" that would temporarily stop all the emails sent to players by Adam by two hours. Time had alll of a sudden become even more important.
"Then I think we all know what we must do now..," Glace said, looking towards the Chaos Gate within the cathedral. "That gate will most likely lead us to Adam. And yes, I am prepared to face him once more. And I am prepared to destroy him aswell." He said with a much more lower tone, making a fist and closing his eyes an image of Minoshiya appeared in his head; memories rushing in again. It was just to much to handle, but it wasn't the end yet.
"We should start to make our way to gate. Is everyone ready?" He asked, looking at the rest of the group.

"Hahahaha. Oh my, I think I was actually wrong Mada." The girl said as she slowly rubbed Mada's blond curly hair. "Adam seems to be proving much more useful than I had imagined. In fact, it looks like his doing all the work. And here I was thinking about how I should begin. Hahahaha!"
The girl floated away and embraced herself as she turned and watched both heavens turn around. "I think I will let him live a little longer. Once he gains control of the outside world, I will take his place and continue with my plans."
She slightly turned to look at Mada, suddenlly frowning. "You know, Mada? When I first found this..."She said, pointing to the swarming black bubbles around the horizon. "I was scared. I didn't know what it was. However, I befriended it and now...look at me! Everything is going much better than I would have ever imagined! I can't believe my dream will come true. And you Mada, you will have a special place in my "heart"...once I devour you." She smiled and giggled maliciously.

A black car had just arrived at a neiborhood. Two CC-Corp employees dressed in neat black taxidoes sat in the back seat, while another dark man drove in front. On of the two man was tall and seemed older than the other. He had white short hair, while the other had rich long brown hair.
"I think it was the right decision." One of employees spoke.
"I think so too, but..." The other said, looking away and watching the houses as they passed through the neiborhood.
"So, what do you think his reaction might be? Do you think he'll get their in time?" The other asked again, looking quite happy and a little bit relieved.
"I don't know, but it seems like his 'story' hasn't ended just yet. Boss thought it was right to take him in once more...and I will do as he says; even if it doesn't make much sense."
"What do you mean, Yosaka?"
Suddenlly, the car stopped and the driver released the locks on the back doors. "We're here. Lets go." The old man said.
"Okay. Here we go."
Both left the car and walked towards a two-story house where the tall man activated a modern 'doorbell' for the house. The younger employee glanced the house a few blocks away and wondered secretly as he waited for the door to open. Is one of them in that house? I wonder if they are okay. Hmm...
Finally the door opened. A young man stepped out with a surprised expression in his face. Then he became serious and stared at both of the men. "You from...CC-Corp, right? Why are you here?"

Her voice had an irritated tone in it, but the others knew she was trying to beat Adam to the finish line. "That persistent sonuva--" she stopped mid-setence, remembering that there were 'children' here.
"Anyways...I will risk the chance of a distraction. Don't think that it'll tear me away from battle, Chaos," Hikaru said as she opend up another blue screen and began to type on both. There was suddenly another wave of energy that went throughout 'The World'. But this time, it was bright crimson.
"Okay. Everyone has been logged out except for those in the incident and those who have already accepted the Mails. However, like I said before, the two hour time limit is still there," Hikaru said and shut down the scren and the eyepiece disappeared as well. She turned to face Chaos and frowned, "don't think that I'm trying to exclude you, or the others. "Hate, anger, revenge, sorrow, despair, misery, desire, determination, happiness...use all these emotions...so that you may kill someone for the greater good," she murmured and put a hand on her scythe.
"We have a great disadvantage in this battle, but if we manage to support one another...then we will triumph. Believe in what you have believed in up till now. Fight for what you've been fighting for all your life. Hope with all your heart...that these sorrows will end."

Glace smiled happily back to Hikaru and held a thumbs up. "Exactly, Hikaru. I'm sure that everyone will give it their all and support one another, just like we've been doing in the last battles." He said, turning to see everyone and smiling at them aswell. "All we need to do now is...enter the cathedral. We need to get to Adam before our time is up. Lets go!"

Glace ran towards the entrence with everyone following behind. As everyone entered the cathedral they noticed an oversized golden ring with a red aura spinning around at the very end of the long hall. It was fairly similair to a Chaos Gate but it had less details. In other words, an antique Chaos Gate.
"That must be it." Glace said, looking directly at the spinning ring before him. At the same time he noticed another odd thing at the top of the altar. It was a statue of a girl. The statue shined brightly behind the window's rays with a dark silver color. From Glace'es view she seemed like a shadow standing on the altar and scared him for an instant. "Who is she?" He asked but he knew no one would know. She reminded him of the girl trapped inside the purple orb, but there were various obvious differences between the two. Her eyes were closed and she was standing straight up, with her hands holding each other and her face focused on the ceiling. Her facial details made it look like if the girl was determined or ready for something, but what? And what would a statue like that be inside the cathedral? Glace knew it was something that had occured recently. It wasn't there before, better said, it wasn't there until Adam entered the cathedral. Now Glace was starting to think there had to be some sort of connection between Adam and the girl in the altar. Her hair was long and slightly curly. She almost looked like an innocent girl looking up, but there was something about its precense that Glace and everyone else didn't like. Something wicked.

See, they are not only up against the real enemy but they are also up against a new species born within the game; an advanced species that plots against the virtual world and our real world. It plans to break the walls of what is real and what is not. This situation is rapidly growing in danger to everyone inside the game and soon, those outside aswell."

"So... if we are truly running out of time, lead the way into the portal. Call me a coward if you want, but I'm not going in first heh..." Chaos said with a faint laugh. Something wasn't right about the fight they were about to fight. He had the feeling that there was someone they needed to wait for. He didn't know why, since Hikaru had locked the game from entry by the other players. That reminding thought however still didn't shake that feeling of his.
It's better to ask forgiveness than permission, remember that.

I walked over to Miles and smiled gently. "Shall we?" I asked her reaching out my hand. She grabbed it and smiled. "I fought for you, you know."

"Weve already come this far ahvent we?? We cant really turn back now." she said turning away and walking towards the chaos gate.
"Hikaru or Glace should enter first!" I called finally listening to the conversation. "They have some sort of protection that we dont." I approached the gate to be with Miles and the rest of the group.

"Hikaru or Glace should enter first!" Apple called out. "They have some sort of protection that we dont." Glace approached the gate slowly and stood stiff before it. "I'll go first." He said, gulping once.

"Okay. I'll do it...,but not because you want me. I'll do it because they need me." The boy said. He now stood at the edge of the long table while the man stood next to a window located in the center of one of the walls. He smiled and looked down at the city, watching the countless cars and people as they marched along with their lifes; totally oblivious to the virtual war at hand.
"Thank you." He finally said.
Two CC-Corp employees approached the young boy and escorted him out of the room. Once the boy left and the doors were closed, the man turned around and looked at the doors. "I just hope I did the right thing."

The boy walked accompanied by the two employees down a long hall, passing several offices and people as they walked. The boy noticed how some of the people seemed to be unaware of the situation inside the game, while others looked stressed and worried. Perhaps it was best not to make the problem public yet. If it was known that such a thing was occuring within the game, CC-Corp would most likely fall with the blink of an eye; then having professional hackers and people from the government enter the story and try to figure out the situation, but they would only make things worst.
The two men opened a door in which darkness seemed to be the only thing visible from the inside. A few lights and sounds could be heard and a couple of screens were placed on the ceiling. At the center of the room was an odd machine placed; a small light seemed to be coming from above, making the machine obvious to the boy's eyes. "What is this?" He asked.
"It's a newly developed device created by CC-Corp. It is a seat and a game at the same time. Once you are placed seated within the machine you will be given a headset to place on your eyes. You will 'feel' like you are entering the game and you will also get to experience the game at a more realistic level." One of the men said. "Me and my partner will be monitoring you through survaillance. We will make sure nothing happens to you while you battle. If your heart rate increases above the normal, the machine will immeidiatly log your character out of the game to ensure your safety. Please be careful of your actions while you battle...your friends need you."
"I know that already." He replied, still feeling uncertain about everything that was happening.
The men seated the boy on the machine and the machine began to activate itself, lighting up and receiving power. The headset was placed on the boy's head and the machine close over the boy's body. A controller revealed itself before the boy's hands. He could feel the machine begin to tremple and operate as he accessed The World inside CC-Corp.

((was wondering when this would come happen lol. I have no problems with it, and will try to keep from uber long spam-posting with Chaos/Shadow together lol.))
Chaos was about to try to stop Glace when all of a sudden, they could hear someone entering the area... using what sounded like an older Admin entrance (how Lios would enter an area commonly). He turned up to notice someone's pc character being spawned. However at the moment, they couldn't tell if it was a friend of foe. When the sparks and formations cleared, a black steam gunner with a black round hat was knelt down before them.
"Could it be???" Chaos asks himself as he looks at the newly formed player. The player rose up with a smile.
"I'm back! Did you guys miss me?" The steam gunner asked them as he opened a chat window with everyone.
"Shadow?!? I thought they banned you!" Chaos exclaims as he was glad to see his old pal.
"Well, yes they did. I'm currently sitting in a prototype accessory to this game they were beta testing. Some sort of VR chair. I know quite little about what's going on with you guys now, as they didn't want the information 'leaked' or something like that." Shadow says as he looks around at everyone. There were people he recognized and people whom's faces were new. However there were three that he'd expected to see whom weren't there. "Hey guys... where's Nephilim, Minoshiya, and Mydraal?"
"... Mydraal was data drained to stop him from infecting the rest of us. Minoshiya's AIDA has taken over him completely, erasing any control Mino had over him. As for... Nephilim, I don't know her, so I can't answer that one." Chaos explains as he walks Shadow over to where they were the others were standing.
"Glace, I understand that time is not on our sides, but I need a status report. I need a crash course on what has happened while I was away. Follow the K.I.S.S. method in explaining this one..." Shadow said quickly as he examined his weapon. He was amazed at how powerful it was compaired to the one he'd had before their battle. He was also amazed at how much more powerful he was compaired to before. It was like someone had been using his character during the time period he had been banned. "Yo... quick question... define 'above the normal' for me, will you? I need to know if I'll be allowed to get angry or not heh." He said in the real world to the Admins whom were monitoring him.
(For those whom don't know, the K.I.S.S. method means "Keep It Simple Stupid")

Obviouslly we meant if you begin to experience any physical pain your heart rate will increase to a point where the game will shut you out instantly. The voice returned. Please refrain from talking to us from this point on. We will need you to focus entirely on your mission to aid your friends. I hope you understand. A beep was heard the voice was gone.
Meanwhile, Glace approached Shadow and was immediatly surprised by his sudden return. He would have never thought the admins would do such a thing. Apparently, even they were as desprate for this war to end as we were. Perhaps they weren't all that bad after all he thought.
"Well...not many good things have occured. In fact, things seem to be going from bad to worse the more time passes. Like Chaos informed you, Myrddraal was infected with a virus that transformed him into a monster. We had no choice but to destroy it. Then Minoshiya was also infected, but his infection seems to have mutated into a highly intelligent being with the plan of dominating this world. Farfetched, I know." Glace said and sighed.
"And as for Nephilim....well...she was...datadrained." He finished and looked down. Shadow looked confused then. "Because of that, she has fallen into a coma in the real world. Myrddraal's and Minoshiya's real world bodies are also in a similar state, although not as severe as Nephilim's body.
"Right now we are headed towards a place where Adam, the new Minoshiya, awaits us. As well as the enemy that started all this mess...Eve."

"Ok then... I will inform you guys what I've just learned. I'm not going to be here very long. If I should sustain too great an amount of damage, this chair will throw me out of the game forcefully. I'm going to try to be as much help to you as I can from here, as long as I can. The advantage is that they have placed me in each of your parties. When I'm about to go, I will hand over any and all recovery items to Chaos. Now that that is taken care of..." He says as he looks at the unfamiliar faces. "I recognise Glace, Dex, Uraki, and Chaos. Quickly as we must hurry, what is everyone else's job class and names?" Shadow said calmly as he looked at them.
"Well, the female player standing next to Uraki is a formation of AIDA known as Hikaru. So far it appears she's on our side. She's a multi-weapon, but I don't know what all classes she uses are. I've seen her use flicker a lot however. The younger female is controlled two players sharing the character. Their class is Multi-weapon. They switch off using Shadow Warlock and Twin Blade. The younger sister is named Rin and she's the one commonly seen when they're using the warlock skills. Ren is the older sister and uses the twin dagger class for their character. Applegate is a multiweapon that uses steam gunner and blade brandier. Miles, if memory serves, is also a blade brandier... at least that's all I remember seeing her use..." he says calmly as he points to each of them as he names them off.

If we are all ready then, let's give them he11..." Shadow says with a smile as he walks towards the gate. "Well, I can't go first. Who knows what's waiting for us on the other side. If I take too much damage, I'll be booted from the game and my transfer into here would have all been for naught." He said calmly as he looked at the older style gate, amazed that it was still operational.

After a moment, she regained her composure and smiled sheepishly at Shadow, "well, all I can really say is that it's good to see you again," she said simply and then looked at Glace. "However, we have wasted too much time. We don't have a choice now, we must continue. Perhaps...we can all...discuss these things later," she mumbled and looked at the swirling gate.
"But, Glace. Whether you are a Bracelet wielder or not, you are still functioning in the real world. I will go ahead, if you don't mind me saying so," Hikaru told Glace in a solemn tone and approached the Chaos Gate. She flickered slightly when she reached the Gate, then suddenly disappeared in a flurry of abnormal crimson rings.
Uraki cried out when Hikaru disappeared and reached out, but the Multi Weapon had already gone. She felt strangely...weak, whenever Hikaru wasn't near her. She didn't understand it herself...but all she really knew is that this was how things were. She looked at the others and nodded reassuringly at them. "We've all come this far...because we were together. Let's end this once and for all...don't let all these sacrifices be in vain," she spoke to the others in a soft tone, but in one that they could all hear her in as she looked at the ground when she spoke.

She didn't understand it herself...but all she really knew is that this was how things were. She looked at the others and nodded reassuringly at them. "We've all come this far...because we were together. Let's end this once and for all...don't let all these sacrifices be in vain," she spoke to the others in a soft tone, but in one that they could all hear her in as she looked at the ground when she spoke.
Dex grinned as Shadow appeared and began gathering information about what had happened while he was gone, and after Hikaru left Dex said,"It looks like you have the survival instincts of a cockroach" Dex laughed,"Good we'll need that survival abilitiy in the upcomming fight, so what have you been up to while we've been risking our lives?" Dex asked still wearing a grin, glad to be reunited with another old ally.
We're gathering our lost power...if only we still had the rest of our old group then this thing wouldnt stand a chance....oh well no use crying over what we cant have, at least we've recovered slightly. Dex thought to himself.
