A question bout 3rd form

I think I heard from one of da post that you can finish vol.2 without going through the job extention for the third form. If this is true, (if not lock this) does Skeith have a form change?

you can't,because it is a storyline evnt.

EDIT:and he gets the second extention in Vol 2,not the third,but that's an honest mistake.
