there are one episode that after tawaraya speak with haseo and all twilight brigade suspect haseo a spy of tan. after that shino & Ovan in the waterfall talk some about someone in hospital. Who they talking about?
Then there is another shino & Ovan in the waterfall again talk about ovan real life job. i kind of wonder what ovan job is. then again phyllo said he is the one that introduced shino to ovan. and ovan tell phyllo something secretly. what ovan was talking about?
So who can answer my question.

Yea. Shino has a disease that forces her to make regular trips to the Hospital.

Do we have any clue what this disease is yet? As far as I know, nobody's mentioned what it could be. I was hoping there might be some mention of it in volume three, what with the greeting cards and all, but it doesn't look like it so far.

Shino's disease is nothing special, and never mentioned. Same with Ovan's job.

Probably because Phyllo has cancer and that Ovan being infected by AIDA might be similar in some shape or form

.. or he could be referring to Ina's illness. But that one seems more likely.

No, Phyllo already knew all about Ina's illness. Ovan is comparing AIDA infection to cancer.

He was referring to the fact that the AIDA is an internal invader that's turning his own body into the enemy. Cancer Cells and AIDA are both parasites that are of the origin of the victim. And yes, AIDA are human-made.
