All I know is that The Covenant finally activates that forbidden device that is said to destroy everything......I think it's the covenant.
You finally get to see master chief's face in this one. Master Chief dies in this one from what I've learned from reading commentary. They said they are going to keep us in the dark about that until the game comes out though.

I watched the first one and it has a lotta bugs in it, for one the physics generator is way off.........wwwwwaaaayyyyyyy off. for two, it looks more like Halo 2 or halo 1 graphics. Thridly, it's not first person. The camera view reminded me of Gears of War.

Well, the Commentary one was rather interesting, talking about the specifics of how the grunts are going to act and work together.
I was lke, wwow, that's going to ramp up the difficulty setting but it sounds really cool.
any way, that one with the Chief shooting the bugs and driving the Warthog, does look really over the top fake.

HALO 3 NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know a guy that works at BUNGIE STUDIOS and he has told me a whole sh** load of stuff coming out in HALO 3!!!
-The 1st level shown in this slideshow is called VALHALLA. its suppose to be the new version of COAGULATION (BLOOD GULCH) but much bigger!! as you can see in the slideshow, they're bringing in the MONGOOSE(the ATV for those who don't know what its called) into this game.
-The next level is called High Grounds. its kinda similar to Zanzibar in Halo 2. its not in the slideshow, but theres two parts to this level. one side is offense, and the other is defense. the offense starts off at a beach similar to the one in Zanzibar and the defense starts at the fort seen in this slideshow. the offense has to go uphill and try to invade the fort.
-The last level is called Snowbound. the guy told me that if you wander off too far in this level, you'll get shot by the defense turrets in the outer rim of the level. you can kinda see them in the slideshow. they're the machine-looking things in the background.
-The guns in the picture with the orange MC are called the SPIKER. they are weapons of the brutes. it shoots like a shotgun in the form of a pistol but fires off spikes.
-The SPARTAN LASER is a very powerful weapon. its mainly used to destroy vehicles. just think of it as a combination of the sentinal beam and the tank's primary cannon.
-This is my favorite......Dual weilding SWORDS!!!!
-Another weapon you'll be able to use is called the Fist of Ruhkt, aka the Gravity Hammer, aka the Hammer of Tarterus from Halo 2! Awesome!!!
-Your secondary weapon will now be seen hanging on your back. some people don't like it but i do. i could now see if my opponent is holding a rocket launcher or a shotgun and this feature makes the game more realistic because MC is now pulling a weapon off his back and not out of his ass.
-Almost everybody has already seen the Halo 3 commercial aired on Monday night football. in the commercial, you see MC throw grenade to the ground,creating a protective shield around him. this grenade is called the SHEILD GRENADE.
-Another grenade was revealed by my friend called the SPIKE GRENADE. they look kinda like the steil grenades the Germans had in WWII (the stick-shaped looking grenades) with spikes at the tip. probably similar to the gun im guessing but in the form of a grenade (spikes launch everywhere).
-Now to the cool news!!!
-The Arbiter will be playable again but he will have a brand new outfit allowing him to be in active camo longer.
-In the multiplayer, there will be new types of characters to choose from.
-Master Chief (MC)
-Elites
-Multiple forms of Floods
-And probably more!!! (I hope Marines are going to be an option).
-Brutes have new armour designs.
-Hunters will have new weapons (i don't know what they will be).
-Flood Hunters will be a new enemy.
-If your all wondering.......YES! the old form of the pistol will return!! And don't forget about that MAC5 ASSAULT RIFLE!!
-My friend at BUNGIE told me that a worker of the name "Frankie" said that you will NOT be able to pilot Pelicans. But subject may change.
-Just to let u know, Frankie is the face of the guy in the Halo 2 multiplayer level CONTAINMENT. u can see his face in the sky on the Halo. he's the bald guy.
-The game will have a multiplayer BETA coming out this spring of 2007.
-The controls have been revised. the reload button will now be LB for the left gun and RB for the right gun. The "X" button i heard will be used for a very awesome thing.
-I "heard" it will be the "ACTION BUTTON".
-My friend at BUNGIE said when you play this game, you will cry at the amazing graphics!!! you will faint after taking a couple of steps and turning because the graphics in this game are so life-like, you'll think its real!! the frame rate is so excellent and the texture detailings are so clean.
