What a difficult question.... all of them made wonderful musics in the history of Rock... let me see their best contributions:
Eddie Van Halen: Eruption (god-damned solo....)
Adrian Smith: Afraid To Shoot Strangers (he was in the band at that time, wasn't he?, well, this music owns all)
Ace Frehley: his best contribution wasn't in the form of a music, but of live performances, which are one of the best on the world, in terms of rock
Tony Iommi: well... he and the rest of the Black Sabbath basically CREATED Heavy Metal, but he didn't even have good fingers due to a accident.....
Slash: He made many classics, like Welcome To The Jungle and Sweet Child'o'Mine, but I haven't heard much of him, but he's as good a Eddie as far as I'm concerned

But you forgot other guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, K.K. Downing (Judas Priest), Gary Rossington (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), and many, many others....

But in the end, although all of them are the "best", Van Halen is the best of the "best" in my opinion, but.... I'm kind think it's relative to my mood...

Emppu!

I'm pretty sure he doesn't count, though.

I think Maus Biazzi is pretty damn good. I love his guitar solo on "1:19."
