The fact that he says "Mia" should be more than enought to prove who Endrance realy is.

Some could have doubted it before but after that it´s kinda too obvious.

And for the record... Endrance didn´t make me feel gay (?)... i felt as "i wanna take him down" scince i readed G.U+. (he is cooler in the manga though...)
Anyway, at least Endrance is a lot cooler than Elk... even if he always goes with the badguys for a while...

The fact that the avatar looks a lot like Mia is of no relevance right?
Besides Elk... i mean Endrance says something like "i knew right away it was her... she might be diferent now but i know she´s back" or something like that while mumbling.

Therefore he refears to Mia, to his avatar as a "she" instead of as an "it"...
It looks to me that when he speaks he is trying to talk to Mia...

To me... saying he is not Elk at this point is like saying that...

Naobi is not Yata, Pai in not Ender and Tawaraya is not Touhta

Just FYI, the name Mia is not at all common in Japan, Elk and Endrance have the same voice actors, color scheme, emotional weaknesses, and they both have feelings for someone named Mia. On top of that, they both have an affinity for The Temptress, which happens to have an affinity for a cat entity named Mia.

You'd have to be digging into your ass NOT to make the connection. It's clear as day.

a cat named Mia, yeah... the creator of "THE WORLD" would pay sooo much attention to detail, as to make a guy's cat, thats also aida, have the name mia because that names common. GET REAL!

I'm saying, I'm not gonna bother making connections that'll lead me nowhere.

You can make it believable as much as you want, but until the creator's of the game verify it. All assumptions and theories, nothing more or less.

Besides, it's like assuming the person who had told Haseo about the game was Sora from R:1 =0

Also the manga(not sure if this matters or not) had been saying that he had a pet cat named Mia in real life.

Elk on the other hand had a friend online that was a cat, therefore you can't really assume their the real person. >_>;

Whatever, assume what you want. Just getting annoyed from all the Endrance topics.

Ok, for anyone who has or hasn't watched .hack//Sign, played .hack//IMOQ, and played .hack//G.U. here are some facts.

1. The cat like PC that appeared to Tsukasa before she went into a coma is Mia.
2. Mia is Elk's best friend.
3. Elk loves Mia.
4. Mia went nutty in Outbreak.
5. Mia turned into Macha in .hack//Q.
6. Kite had to kill Mia.
7. Elk hated Kite for this.
8. I dunno all of what happened cause I didn't play Q, I just read some things.
9. Endurence has a cute kitty on his sholder that he calls "she".
10. Master En refers to this "she" many times and

11. Kite has to kill Mia which was part of "The World".
12. Mia is the only cat like PC in "The World".
13. Master En says "MIA" as he falls to the ground in G.U. after you beat him.
14. Macha looks exactly like Mia from IMOQ.

16. AFTER YOU BEAT MASTER EN! HE FALLS TO THE GROUND AND SAYS "MIA"
17. Piros the third is a copy of the first Piros.
18. I hate Piros.

Besdies you didn't prove me wrong about the connection with the manga and Elk, so I would ahve assumed you'd be on my side being a forum mod.

I lost count on how many endrance/Elk topics there were made, getting just kinda annoyed from it. Haven't you? =/

Actually this was discussed in another topic. The 3rd is actually a means of respect so there is no Piros the 2nd. I cant remember how it translated from Jap. but I'm sure AT or somebody can clear that up.

The Japanese counterpart of "3rd" just happens to be "San", so no matter what, you'd have to call him "Piroshi-san." At least, and if you wanted to be respectful, it'd be "Piroshi-san-san."

During the first dot hack games, Elk was 12-13 (since he was in the seventh grade), and Endrance is presently 20. And thats about the gap of time between the first games and G.U.

Although this is Assumption. I haven't gotten up to when you fight Avatar Macha, so I wouldn't know if he says Mia or not.
