i think that she may play a huge roll in the end and that involves something with haseo because if you watch the opening theme you see her in some part of the screen every time after you see shino and haseo, but this is all just a theory

tabby is very important role in the root. she support haseo very much. though she very confused about what she can do to help haseo/shino. At the end, she choose to leave the game & study become nurse to help shino in real life. So that mean tabby is a high school girl
