Well Ginkan just started playing R:2 I guess, who said R:2 doesn't have classes that are similar to R:1 classes, the Blade Brandier is a similar class to the Blademaster.

I'm sure he only edited the character to look as similar to the original Ginkan as possible. Besides, there are a few differences between R:1 Ginkan and R:2 Ginkan. His armor has less dark red, more dark gray. I can't remember what else...been a while since I saw it.

That makes me wonder. Do you need a new name when you make a new character, even if it's on the same account as an old one? Komiyan has three Komiyan characters, so his last one is Komiyan III. Piros' new character is Piros the 3rd. I wonder if Natsume has a different name, or if Ginkan had a different name when he appeared in the end of Roots...since so far, it seems like no two characters can have the same name.

When the R:1 was gone basically you could start with your old name since the data been 80% wipeout anyways and you did realized your mistake thats good

To clear up the name thing. Think of R:1 as a beta version for R:2, your character data does not carry over. That means everything starts off fresh, IGN stealing galore.
