i am sorry if this has been done before but will hack//roots be in the uk ?
because i know its on CT in the usa just woundering if it will show up in england anytime

It'll be a long time before the DVDs come out in Britain and they've yet to ever show a .hack series.
The best bet for getting this early is to buy the American DVDs.

It looks like Europe isn't interested in anime for their people.

Only if its an American Playstation 2...
It does generally work when played on a computer as you can alter the region on most programmes you play it on.
