Final Fantasy: Unlimited
unlike the movie, at least it had most of the traditional elements in it, but to me, it seemed too much like it was trying to pass itself off as a game, and trying to hard be FF. i have to admit, Kaze was kewl.
Present day... heh....... Present time... hahahahaha

I've watched some episodes and would like to see the rest (only coz ive started). But it seemed it was only interesting when either Lisa used a spell or mostly when a summon was used...That's it really. Although it's funny when the chocobo is in his flying gear lol.

The only cool part is the chocobo munchin on Ai's hair. And shouting "Oh Yu!" and "Hey, Ai!" Lol, ok, bad joke bit its finny to me
Id probably only finish it cause I/ve seen up to episode 15.

They fact that they finished they axed it with just a single episode to go almost ruins the entire series - those who have seen the whole series will know what a joke the ending is. It really is ridiculous. Having said that, the rest of it is quite nice, the animation is great, especially during summons, etc. The story is rather simplistic tho, and most of the cast is rather shallow I thought...and yet again, the English Dub is terrible. ADV did do a good job with the DVDs tho, it has to be said. One for the hardcore FF fans I'd say
I mod the official off topic ermm.. .hack forum!

I've seen the entire searies and I think its good. If anything it embodies the way FF used to be on the old NES/SNES systems. The Animation is good and I think the English Dubbing was very well done.

It's really not a contest, you know.fatgaspard wrote:Thanks:) I go around riving posts and this one is actually from 3 years ago
Silly people. I can tell you why it's called Final Fantasy right now, and I haven't even seen two episodes. The name "Final Fantasy" is like bait to the hardcore drumsticks who will eat up anything with that title. Remember the movie? Not bad, but it had NOTHING AT ALL to do with the game series. The only reason it bore the title was to attract attention from fans.Wander wrote:What does it matter? Most 'Final Fantasy Fans' don't even know why it's called Final Fantasy.

Re: Final Fantasy: Unlimited
what do you mean it has nothing to do with the game series? All the Final Fantasys are based on a diffrent story none of them are the same except those that are ment like FFX and, FFX-2 <-(one of the worse FF imo)marthwmaster wrote:It's really not a contest, you know.fatgaspard wrote:Thanks:) I go around riving posts and this one is actually from 3 years ago
