Chat or Forums? Pick your Poison.

When I look at the evergrowing forums, I ask how many of these people use the forums, as opposed to going to the chatroom. So now I ask you all it now. Which do you prefer, the forums or the chat? Is it due to the simplicity of how the forums are, or how quick and superfast the chat can be at the times of talk.

I go to the forums often...but I also use the chat room a little (I use IRC...so I do that sometimes).

I stick with the forums... dunno why. I just do.

For me forums because it just seams more people are at the forums. The problem with chat rooms is no one ever goes onto them because they don't want to take the time to download a client (java versions are bad and have lots of back doors) plus its just a pain sometimes. Its just something about forums that make it cool.

I run and operate 2 chat servers out of my house and I learned if people have something to do then usually they will go to a chat room (in my case I run a dbz rpg) but if there is just nothing to do or nothing going on people usually will not join.

i dont know why but forums are better indded...i think its cause u can log out when u want and come back and still see what everyone put...thats my opinion

I like the forums better than chatrooms. I've never used this one, but generally chatrooms can be very fast-paced and sometimes confusing. Forums allow you to sort through everything and choose exactly what you want. You can use the forums at your own steady pace.
