It looked like a really **** looking Brandish/Edge Punisher. From the look of it, he didn't have the shoulder-guards or sucky cape thing. And it probably had that halo thing that x-form has, but I'm not too sure.

We will only know the answer to that question when we know what exactly the X-Form is.
It could be a high level of fusion with his avatar, it could be some kind of "unlocking" of the "hidden abilities" in his avatar (if this were the case, then it could also be that every character has them too;P) it could be anything. But it has some importance obviously.

The X-form could be the special ability unique to Avatar Skeith, like Atoli's hearing ability and Kuhn's Propagation power.

Skeith does get a new form because of Macha..or whatever, so maybe Skeith's abilityis to change, and haseo can do it too I'm guessing =/

Hmm? I've never heard of that.
So Atoli can hear longer distances or something?
And what's the propagation power?

Well, Kuhn's Propagation power means he can copy data, so when Skeith goes out of control and destroys Magus it's just a clone. Atoli's hearing power isn't explained very well, but it seems to be some kind of clairovoyance. She hears stuff no one else can hear, but it's so faint she can't make it out, and because of it, whenever an AIDA shows up, she tends to faint or go into a trance. This power also allows Atoli to subconsciously use Signs and control where she goes without the use of Data Seeds.

so, every avatar has its unique special ability. But Skeith/Haseo, must be special
