.hacks new game play???

Post by Shugo of the Twilight »

do you think that the .hack//fragment game will even add up to
.hack//g.u. Know dont get me wrong fragment is what i have
been waiting for for quite some time. But is the .hack//fragments
game play going to be similar to .hack//g.u. or to the old .hack
games?
and if the game turns out to be a sort of base on using your spells
and skills from many screens and the game if online cant just stop
like in the previous .hack games?
Or from what i have seen more along the lines of never leaving the screen and being in constant heat from the time you incounter a
monster untill you defeat it. (or run away i guess)whatever suits you
If anyone that has any information on this i would like to know.
and thank you for your replies.

I wish Fragments would come to America but it isn't. Bummer.
I think the R:2 version is better suited since it is an improvement. The other one was good but all you basically did was press X to basic attack and use the Triangle button to go to your personal menu. The other items kinda made it a little better but I'm really looking forward to the R:2 version. You can unison attack but I really dont know alot about the G.U. Battle engine except that you can sneak up on the monsters giving you an advantage and no more ambushes (Yes!!!!). That I'm really happen about because the ambushed were ridiculous but you got a lot of EXP out of them. XD

as a matter a fact .hack//fragment will be coming to
america i have read the information about it not coming but i have read information that it will come but they still have not released a release date meaning we will be waiting quite a will again for your .hack games.
although they are taking so long to let out the game .hack//fragment i beleave it is because of another bit of information i picked up along my research of these .hack//games.
Yes this game .hack//fragment is ment to only be a game were a party of
3 can travel together from place to place and even make guilds and guild shops.
But from what i have heard they will be releasing a counter part of Fragment but as the world not as a 3 team gaming system actually more similar to The World.
And from my information Bandai will not charge to play this version of the game.
This bit of information is what still gives me hope for a game such
as fragment. because if they open a alternet site(The World) That coresponds with Fragment we could be looking at the greatest stop .hack has taken twards the true story of .hack a real online world.

I highly dought that they will remake it just for america. If it bombed in Japan they won't send it to America. As well its only //online for a year.

Yeah, that was just a prototype project to see how and if it could work. I sincerly doubt its coming here, but it would be the equivalent of playing the original .hack IMOQ again.

And one more thing Shugo of the Twilight, you know theres an edit button on the top right on each of your posts. Double, and Triple posting is a little pointless and a waste.

Yay for "knowit-alls" basing their information on random rumors =D!

Sorry Shugo, if it were even plausible, it would be all over this forum.
Heck, it doesn't even sound the slightest plausible.

Sorry, but no, Fragment won't come here.
We can still wish i suppose, but then again, i'd rather have a R:2 fragment instead.

cause there isn't one, fragment is not coming here! period, it wasn't even that great apparently, it was somewhat of a prototype, and we will get G.U> that is better than fragment, a real mmorpg could wait, imo i would rather have them focus on the story.

ok what you think would like to play g.u. but fragment would be
an experince and if it is a prototype than they need to get it together and
release a real World.
