They might be able to pull off an animated movie. But live action? Doesn't the entire series take place in a digital game? It'd be pretty difficult to do a live action movie(watching someone play the World for two hours would be boring, don't you think?).
However, if they were to make an animated movie based on the four games, I'd embrace it with open arms and an AK47.

If the storyline was the one which xu Yuan presented, it could make for an interesting movie.
And with the CGI enhancement's, they are getting do good with them these day's that it's almost impossable to tell them from reality. Pirate's of the carabean2 had davy jone's face all CGI! it wasn't make up of prosthetic's, it was computer image's!
so, that would be there only outlet for a movie, I would think.
